An easy bus journey from Cat Ba to Hanoi. Not amazing but a standard 3.5 hour trip to the centre. Dropped us off near our hotel

Everything went well, they also organized a taxi for us to the airport because our schedule was tight. Bus arrived in time, we arrived to Hanoi in the promised time. Helpful and kind guides, highly recommend.

That I had to walk to my hotel when I was told I would be dropped off there. The guide never called my name (he called other names and got responses back so I know he never called my name), then blamed me for not listening. Basically, he just pointed up the street and said ‘go’.

The trip to and from catba was very well organised . From the pick up at hotels amd at the hydrofolio terminal . They give us tags so they can identify us easily . What ‘an app replies were quick .
Only thing was I had to call them the first night I arrived to confirm the pick up the next Monday .

Picked up from our hotel in Cat Ba and dropped off at hotel in Old Town only. We were going to the train station so they dropped us off at the nearest point with just a 9 minute walk. Very helpful staff on the bus and well organised.
