Easy day to Robben Island

This tour did just what it said it would - picked up us at our hotel and brought us to the ferry to Robben Island, included all tickets, and brought us back to our hotel after the tour. Once on the ferry, the Robben Island system takes over from there (you're not on a separate tour but instead with the group on the ferry, which as fine). Our driver was kind and helpful. I'll mention to anyone that doesn't know, I've you're staying within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront, the ferry leaves from the waterfront and it is an easy walk, which we didn't realize. Apple maps will take you right there and it would have been a 9 minute walk from our hotel. For anyone staying elsewhere or for someone who doesn't want to deal with the logistics of buying the tickets, this is a great and easy service. Robben Island itself is well worth the trip, and a sobering experience.

Hotel pickup and drop off was a great addition as it took the stress out of finding where to go and how to get there. Friendly service, even though we were made to wait 20 minutes to be picked up. The tour itself was great. Loved the experience and ease of booking with Viator!

The driver who picked me from my hotel was chaotic,noisy ,rude terrible I almost cancelled my trip and did not use his services back to the hotel i ordered an uber.
