Philip is an amazing guide!!!! He is super accommodating, patient and very friendly. The hike itself is definitely on harder end, however the views are ABSOLUTELY worth the hike. You get a full view of Capetown. I would highly recommend both Philip and this hike!!!!! Will definitely do it again!!!!

Phil was really kind and helpful. He was very communicative beforehand and picked us up promptly. The whole experience was very enjoyable. He’s a lovely, chatty guide who was always there to offer a hand when we needed it. The view was beautiful. It was definitely a challenge, but more than worth it. 100% recommend.

A brilliant adventure - we picked a fantastic day weather wise to go. Phil was great from start to finish, from hotel collection to guiding us up to the top of Lions Head. His knowledge was brilliant and we felt like we were on a hike with a friend as opposed to a guide - would highly recommend to anyone, something different to do whilst in Cape Town - views are magnificent and led by a superb guide

Awesome Lions Head Hike

Our afternoon hike with Phil up Lions Head was a definite highlight of our time in Cape Town. It was great to get outdoors and get the blood pumping. This is not an easy hike, but those with a decent level of fitness and a desire for something a little adventurous will find this well worth their while. A little climbing and a little scrambling involved to get to the top, but the stunning views are worth every step. Phil is a friendly guy and a good guide. He’ll even take pics of your hike and send them to you. Highly recommended!
