Our tour guide Eduardo was absolutely exceptional and made our time in Cagliari an unforgettable experience. From the moment the tour began, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. He has a genuine passion for Cagliari and Sardinia, and it shines through in every story, historical fact, and recommendation he shares.
His knowledge of the city's history, culture, architecture, and local traditions was truly impressive. He didn't just recite information—he brought the history of Cagliari to life in a way that was engaging, interesting, and easy to understand. We learned so much and gained a much deeper appreciation for the city and its people.
What stood out most was Eduardo's patience and attentiveness. He took his time answering questions, made sure everyone felt included, and never made anyone feel rushed. He was thoughtful, accommodating, and genuinely cared that everyone was having a great experience.
Eduardo also shared wonderful local insights, including recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and hidden gems that we likely would have missed on our own. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and kindness created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the tour.
If you're visiting Cagliari, I cannot recommend Eduardo highly enough. He is everything you could hope for in a tour guide…….knowledgeable, personable, patient, professional, and passionate about his city. Thanks to Eduardo, our visit to Cagliari was not only informative but also memorable and incredibly enjoyable. He truly went above and beyond, and we left feeling like we had experienced Cagliari through the eyes of a friend rather than just a guide. An easy five stars and one of the highlights of our trip!
Carlotta did a great job tailoring the walking tour to my interests. We saw so many things in the city, and it was great to get a nice history and hear some stories about Cagliari.

This walking tour was so awesome. We have never been to Cagliari before and no idea where to go or what to explore, this tour was excellent. Edoardo was a fantastic guide and gave us so much information and interesting history. We loved meeting him and are so grateful for his time and expertise.
The guide could barely speak English. We walked in silence for more than half the trek to the summit. His knowledge of the history was limited, maybe because he spock limited English. So, basically we were on a sightseeing walk, which we could have done ourselves.

Walter was a fantastic guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about the history of his homeland. We learned so much about the city and country. We felt like a friend was guiding us to all the important sights of the city both on main streets and tiny twisting alleys. Highly recommend this tour if you want a fascinating glimpse of the city.
This was really fun. Eduardo was very informative and fun to be with. We leant a lot about the history and saw some lovely highlights. We went for a coffee and cake at the end (not included) and it was nice to have a local to help guide us through the food and culture. We were on a cruise ship so this was a nice way to see the sights as a private and well priced tour.
Cagliari is beautiful. Our tour guide Fabio was very good. He was informative. My own personal opinion was that it is a little difficult to get around. Some areas were too strenuous. I think Viator should let people know. Also meeting point should be better described
The private walking tour in Cagliari with Edourado was EXCEPTIONAL! He is a very knowledgeable guide with a passion for Cagliari and Sardinia. He has a magical way of weaving stories and history to leave you with the desire to learn more. Edourado is willing to go out of his way to make sure you are enjoying your stay in the area, recommending restaurants and other things to do. I was very pleased with the experience I had with the walking tour and Edourado and will do it again if I am in Cagliari in the future. There is a lot to see in this charming town.

had limited time before my flight and wanted to see a bit of Cagliari vs sitting around the airport.
It was a fantastic walking tour and with the limited 3 hours I had was able to get a good sense of the city. My guide Edoardo was absolutely fantastic. Knew his city, was able to quickly bring us to the highlights and sites, had good historical knowledge and an all around nice guy. Additionally he was able to pick us up at the airport which was critical as there is no place to store luggage at the airport (and they only let you check your bags two hours in advance) so we were able to store our luggage in his car. He parked it in a safe neighborhood (near where his mother lives) and we proceeded on foot.
The guide built the tour based on our suggestions. You should plan to call out a few places to ensure there is structure. We were happy with what we saw, but might have missed something based on our own ignorance of the area.
Was a great few hours. Learned so much about Cagliari, Sardinia.
Eduardo is a great guy and such a pleasure to spend time with. I expect to refer family and friends who are planing vacations in Sardinia

Eduardo was a great guide and very patient and helpful with my elderly mother and her capability of walking around the city. He looked for easy routes and elevators where possible to avoid stairs. Great tour and great guide!
This is a must do! It was our first time in Sardinia. It was so great to get to see the town from a local’s point of view. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended the best places to eat and showed us the best places to shop for local foods and goods. We had a lot of fun.
Fabio contacted us ahead of time to find out our wishes. We walked all over the old town. The history and panoramic views were evident. Fabio left us with a few recommendations of more to see and places to eat.
We truly enjoyed the tour with Fabio. He is a wonderful guide with a lot of historical knowledge of the area. We would definitely recommend him for anyone interested in touring the city.
Our tour guide was a friendly person who walked us through the city center where we caught a city tour golf cart which required and extra payment over our basic tour pricing. The golf cart was easy to get around the city with explanations in English. While he was most pleasant to work with his English was limited but he tried very hard to communicate and we enjoyed having him take us around the downtown area on our way back to the ship.

Enjoyed the leisurely walk with Foued who was very knowledgeable. Many of the attractions require admission charges. They are not expensive, but be prepared if you want to go into the Elephant Tower, the Botanical Gardens or the Archaeological Museum
