Missed the mark for us

The concept is great and the information was great. Execution was to difficult to use and we abandoned it after the first stop. Being web based instead of app based made the process hard. If there is a table of contents and a list of stops, we couldn't find it. The link to Google worked for walking on the first stop, but switched to a car on the second. Consider changing to an app based tour and I will be more interested.

I love this! The audio guide is very thorough and easy to follow. No trying to keep up with a group, trying to hear or understand someone and moving place to place against a clock. Go at your own speed, stop along the way as much as you want and you can even continue the following day. Worth it!

This was a total waste of time. Layers of security codes with links that don’t work on an iPhone. Forced downloads of Aps, and more security codes to open and use so onerous that I gave up on it and never succeeded in getting anything other than the bill. Completely SUCKS!

Nothing extra to download, no "layers of security codes" 🤓. You also had all the instruction on WhatsApp and we are really responsive to support clients but, unfortunately, you never texted us 🥲. Enjoyable day in Cagliari. Since I found no other options I booked this self guided tour and it was better then expected. I walked by myself and enjoyed the freedom of wandering in Cagliari. The content is good in terms of quantity (not too many info but for me it was perfect).

Great experience with this digital guide to Cagliari! You receive a link and password via email and can start visiting right away with your smartphone. The itinerary touches on the main monuments of the city and there is just the right amount of information about each attraction with some fun trivia. We also followed the restaurant recommendations and had a great experience. Recommended!

Waste of money

When we went to the meeting point for this tour, there was no one there who knew anything at all about this walking tour that I purchased. The staff at the location listed for the meeting point confirmed we were at the correct address listed on our tickets, but knew nothing of the tour. After about 45 minutes of trying to locate the starting point and obtain the map & audio guide, we gave up and realized we wasted our money on this tour. Very disappointing!
