Our port was cancelled during the major power outage and we were refused a refund. This was out of our control and we are out over $2,000 with no help at refunding us at all.

Dear Ms. Pam, we were extremely surprised to read your bad review and your double untruth. First of all the power outage did not occur until 13:30 hours and your tour was at 9 am, we do not understand why you are lying when you know that your cruise cancelled the docking in Cadiz due to the bad sea conditions and nothing to do with the power outage.
Secondly you asked us for a refund and I replied that we would try to refund you the cost of the entrance fees to the monuments. This refund needs some time because we have to make a claim to the monument. You in our whatsapp message did not deign to answer us and now we find your malicious comment. We have written proof of your message telling us that the boat could not dock due to bad weather and of our message regarding the tickets, which we can prove. There is nothing worse than a customer lying and not telling the truth.

I gave this tour 4 stars, and did that only because I made a complaint to the owner regarding our driver, Abdul, who took us from Cadiz to Seville, and the owner said he would not contract with him again. Abdul was a horrendous driver, but gave the owner the benefit of the doubt since he promised not to use his services again. Make sure the owner keeps his word and you don't get stuck with Abdul.
The tour in Seville by Viviana was excellent. She was well-informed and a real pleasure to have as a guide. The group enjoyed walking around with her.

With our group of 8 people including senior citizens and a 4 year old, this tour was perfect. Our driver was at the port on time ready and waiting for us at the designated time. He drove us to Seville where we met our tour guide Raquel who was AMAZING and super knowledgeable about her city. She led us on a walking tour first pointing out things and then took us to the Alcazar. The nice thing about this tour is that Raquel already had our tickets which must have had a special designation because we were able to skip the (very) long line and go right in. The Alcazar is a stunning and beautiful piece of architecture. We next went to the Cathedral which was so beautiful! It is the largest neo-Gothic cathedral in the world. We then had the option to climb the Giralda tower which a few of us in our group did and the others chose not to. We had about an hour after that to walk around, get some lunch and shop. Our driver was waiting for us at the designated time again ready to take us back to the port. Overall, this tour was perfect for the amount of time that we had as we got to see a lot in a short period of time. Very nice that tickets to both the Alcazar, Cathedral and Giralda tower are included. Raquel was very efficient in her use of time and super pleasant and kind. She really knew her stuff. There wasn’t a question we asked that she didn’t have an answer to regarding her hometown. Highly highly recommend especially if you only have the day in Seville.

Our driver, Juan, was ready and waiting for us when we disembarked from our ship. Upon arrival to Seville, we were greeted by Antonio who guided us around this beautiful city. Antonio has a wonderful way of explaining history and how things came to be. (He also had a lot of funny stories to keep things interesting!) He took us to so many beautiful locations, and gave us the time to soak it all in. Upon the conclusion of our tour, Juan was there ready to take us back to the ship. This was a wonderful day spent in a beautiful city, and we are so glad we did it. Worth every penny!

The tour started out with a great driver (David) who was willing to give us small lessons in Spanish and tell us about the countryside we drove through. We met our tour guide Manuel who accommodated our needs (with my mobility-challenged father). He was so well educated about Seville and never failed to answer any questions we had as we did a comfortable walking tour through the City.
The Catedral de Sevilla was awe-inspiring and no pictures do it justice. But the highlight of the tour for me was the Alcázar de Sevilla. The architecture is simply perfection. Manuel spoke easily and informatively about the architecture and the art, the iconicism of these two areas, and the history behind them.
He even made time for us to have a cafe and enjoy some of the City feel. It was an amazing tour given the short time was had to spend in Seville.

Passeio foi frustrante no sentido após chegarmos em sevilha , o motorista juan muitoooooooooo prestativo , pontual , porém o guia eduardo foi nos apresentado em sevilha no lugar de outra pessoa , o problema começou ai , o mesmo agia de forma autoritaria fazendo regras de tempo , querendo a todo tempo fazer seu roteiro , no caminho a pé resolvemos conhecer praça de touros o mesmo ficou incomodado determinando tempo de 20 minutos e queria cobrar 30 euros pela para e sua espera , absurdo mandar no nossoooooo passeio , posterior determinou 1 hora na catetral e tb no castelo , não aceitamos e dispensamos o mesmo , claramente queria cumprir horario nos dois lugares apenas e ir embora , a todo momento dizia que sua esposa o esperava para almoçar , enfim , o motorista juan nos levou a plaza espana a nosso pedido , não recomendaria por esses motivos frustante.

Pelo seu comentário, penso que não percebeu bem como funciona uma visita guiada e o que eu reservei. Reservou uma excursão com transfer de ida e volta do porto de Cádis, com visita ao Alcázar de Sevilha, ao bairro de Santa Cruz e à Catedral com a Giralda + tempo livre. Os bilhetes de entrada estavam incluídos na vossa excursão e têm um horário fixo que não pode ser alterado, pelo que temos de o cumprir para aceder aos monumentos e não se trata de alterar a visita se quisermos visitar a Plaza de Toros pelo meio. Em todo o caso, se nos tivessem avisado com antecedência, teríamos tido isso em conta para nos adaptarmos às vossas necessidades.
O nosso guia Eduardo é muito experiente e fala português, tal como solicitado. Da próxima vez, recomendamos que façam a visita por conta própria e não terão problemas em adaptar-se ao horário, mas talvez já não haja bilhetes disponíveis nos monumentos quando chegarem à porta.
