Fernando was knowledgeable, kind and most helpful. He looked after everyone of us and in particular my 85-year old mother. We had a wonderful in Seville. The ride to and back was as smooth as it can be. Thank you Fernando

We thought it would be a tour guide and not just a driver - nice guy but didn’t have a lot of the details on things we were seeing and the most important part is we couldn’t get into the cathedral or tower or anything because there was a private priest event - they should have known this and thus we didn’t get any enjoyment for our money - we shouldn’t have even paid them the money and quite honestly we shouldn’t get a refund - call me at (215) 377-1915 if you want more details - we basically walked around Seville and Cadiz - we spent 3 hours in the car 1 1/2 hours each way to Seville and wasted a lot of time to not be able to see anything and secondly they should have bought tickets in advance for the places we wanted to see and they would have found out they weren’t open to the public that day - waste of a day

We would like to clarify, however, that the service booked was private transportation from Cádiz to Seville, not a guided tour. The product description does not include a licensed guide, guided monument visits, entrance tickets, or pre-arranged admissions to the Cathedral, Giralda, Alcázar, or any other monument. The driver’s role is to provide safe, comfortable transportation and convenient access to the city, not to act as an official guide or manage monument entry arrangements.

Entrance tickets and opening schedules for monuments are the responsibility of guests unless they are specifically included in the product booked. Unexpected closures, private religious events, official ceremonies, or changes to monument access are outside our control and are managed directly by the venues.
The journey time between Cádiz and Seville is also clearly part of the logistics of this service, as Seville is approximately 1.5 hours each way from Cádiz. Again this is stated in the tour description. Our driver completed the transportation service as booked, taking guests to Seville and returning them safely to the ship.
We regret that there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the nature of the service, but the experience delivered corresponded to the private transportation product purchased. We can only take care of what we advertise I am afraid, and in that case we complied with the tour description 100%
