Great experience and tons of fun. Friendly staff. The only issue was the park entry fee of $25pp cash only—not included in the ticket fee or disclosed in advance when purchased.

The hosre and camel...

The hosre and camel rides. The tour guides were great and very friendly. As far as Cactus and Viator, not much good things to say about them. A lot of hidden fees that were not disclosed at the time of setting the reservation. The cost for pictures of your adventure at $104 is ridiculous, or if in a group of more than 4, $35 each. For UTVs you have pay $45 insurance or $750 hold.

Be aware of Hidden cost

It was a nice experience! Camel ride in mexico as if like you are in the middle east. Just be ready for extra cost. They will ask you to pay usd 25 entrance per person plus the 45 dollars insurance for the utv ride.

Pretty great tour! The process went smooth. Make sure you bring $45USD per person in cash for in the insurance or they will place a $750 hold if you use a card. And $25 per person cash or card for an entrance fee. We went in May and the weather was very cool in that specific area! Most of us had to purchase sweaters and long sleeves when we got there because we didn’t know the weather would be so cool, just an fyi. I think our tour guide said it gets hot in that area around late June. The pictures that they take are def a must buy! They have different packages to choose from and the more people you have in your group the cheaper the pictures are! But definitely would recommend !

The excursion itself was great. They tried to give us a 4 passenger UTV after demanding and charging us additional fees to upgrade our experience. We paid an additional $58 per person. The insurance is not a choice, they make it a requirement. The alternative is to hold $700 on a credit card in case anything happens to the UTV. We travel frequently, 6-7 times per year and have NEVER had this overcharge expense to simply ride an ATV/UTV. They practically forced the group to “upgrade” our experience, unsure of what the “upgrade” difference was from what we originally paid.

Very touristy thing to do… Pricey and Would’ve rather stayed at the resort

We had shared transportation to and from our excursion in a nice Toyota passenger van. We checked in and had to put a $750 usd hold on our credit card or pay a $45 insurance fee for the UTV. We opted for the hold but they told us the hold wouldn’t be reversed for a few days. We ended up on a private tour due to the rest of our group not showing up which was great. Daniel was very nice and friendly, called us family. He rode an ATV in front of us to guide us on our UTV after fitting us for helmets. No need to buy the gators for $10 each…. The helmets have full face shields on them. We parked and boarded our camel, Maggie. 2 per camel. A guide walked Maggie on a harness along the beach feeding her celery on the way. We had a designated photographer taking a lot of pictures of us. We returned to the camel station and took some photos with a different camel then got on the UTVs to drive on trails. Daniel used hand signals to guide us. We took a stop to trade drivers. We took another stop to enjoy the ocean views and switched drivers again. We returned to the business where we reversed our $750 hold and looked at our photos. $108 usd for all of the digital pictures. That felt very steep and they were extremely strict about not letting us use our own personal phones or cameras on the tour. That was a downside for sure. Even though they warned us in advance it still felt like we should’ve been able to take pics and videos of ourselves. We did not want to spend $108 for 3 photos we actually liked. Not worth it. Overall this tour was ok, we would have rather stayed at the resort to enjoy the sunshine. It felt like a tourist trap that we fell for. Would not do this tour again, once was more than plenty. Side note they did offer us an included tequila tasting but we do not drink. Also to note there are snack bars and food and souvenirs available to purchase on site.

Unique great adventure for couples!

We are acrobats, so it’s a little hard to find places for us to go where we get to challenge ourselves. Luis was great, and after showing our professional portfolio, we were able to convince him to let me do an acro move with him! A genuine group of people. We had the absolute best experience. The UTV really eats the desert for breakfast!! Highly recommend the upgrade both because the videos that came back were stunning (Erwin shot amazing footage) as well as the power on the vehicles added to the fun! I recommend bringing a bandana to cover your mouth and nose from eating your siblings dust 🤣 Definitely worth it

Excitement that quickly turned into disappointment

The BEST part of my tour was being able to drive the ATV on the sand and by the ocean as well as riding the camel along the ocean. The WORST part of my tour was our tour guide. He was so out of touch, got frustrated easily, didn't seem organized with what activity we did first and ran our tour from 10-4pm when it was suppose to only be a 2 1/2 hr tour. I also got stuck in the sand on my ATV and he did not realize that I was stuck for 15-20 mins so I was stranded in the middle of nowhere. I think the company is so BIG (and maybe greedy) and had so much going on that they need organization, guides that are educated, and better descriptions of their services.
