The actual experience was great. Our tour guide, Ohlaf, was wonderful. However, on Viator it was advertised as including lunch and a bandanna, which it did not. Also, few details were provided such as the ATV being a manual. We had to upgrade to an automatic. The tours also go slowly because you have up to 20 people in a convoy - and you can’t bring any belongings….yes, that means no phones. In the end, they want you to buy their photographs. We paid extra to upgrade to an automatic and to do a private tour. Paid an extra $250. Cost us almost double what we already paid for. I would go directly through Cactus Tours.
