Jun was our driver and guide for the day. We LOVED our time in Busan! He had a roomy and air conditioned vehicle for us - 5 adults with room to spare. We let him know our itinerary which was limited due to a cruise ship departure time and he made it work. He picked us up at the terminal and drove us everywhere. He was knowledgable and easy to hang out with for the day. He took us to a favorite lunch spot where we got to eat with the locals. Jun also took many pictures of us which means we have some great family photos that are not selfies!! We were on a Japan cruise that had one stop in Busan, and it ended up being one of our favorite places to visit. We all want to return to Busan and South Korea now. I highly recommend doing this for a taste of Busan.
It's our first time to Busan. 小凱 is our tour guide. His service is beyond our expectations. He is so passionate and gets everything we need especially extreme heat, umbrella, water, screen spray, etc. He arranges everything and will ask our preference before setting ready to go. His driving puts safety first and gets us back to cruise before boarding time. Very good management in timing. He tells us the history, development, culture and life in Busan and South Korea in general. He brought us to Jagalchi Market to pick the seafood we like and sent to the restaurant to get them cooked. Excellent fresh king crab, eel, shrimps, scallops, clams, octopus... and gave us recommendations how to eat them.
We have no doubt to recommend this tour and 小凱 to any tourists who want to explore this wonderful seashore city, Busan!
Danny was an amazing guide and made our day in Busan truly special! He showed us so many wonderful places, from Haedong Yonggungsa Temple and Jagalchi Fish Market to BIFF Square, Gamcheon Culture Village, and Songdo Skywalk.
What we appreciated most was how thoughtful and personable he was. He shared his hometown with us in a way that felt authentic and personal, and he made sure we had a comfortable and memorable experience from start to finish. He even made sure we arrived at Busan Station with plenty of time for our train.
We highly recommend Danny to anyone visiting Busan. He’s knowledgeable, kind, flexible, and genuinely cares about his guests. We feel lucky to have met him and hope to see him again on our next trip to Busan!
Our driver and guide Danny was the best. From the start of initial communication on where to go to meet and clear instruction we felt immediately at ease. Danny met us exactly when and where he stated. With mobility challenges, this is the best shore excursion choice. No need to be trampled by the masses of shipmates. Danny discussed the itinerary - confirmed concerns and challenges with terrain at our venues of choice - we felt understood and comfortable with our joint decisions. He was a great driver, shared history and specifics of Busan and assisted with loading and unloading of wheelchair. From the temple and beaches, Sky X, Korean BarBQ and souvenir shopping, Danny made the day memorable and joyous. Visiting Busan during an extreme heat warning - he had enough water and caring to make sure we were hydrated and comfortable. An amazing tour! Enjoyed every minute of our tour. Our guide was wonderful, very patient and understanding of a big group with small children. She explained everything and arranged so that we would board our ship at the appropriate time for sailing. Our driver met us at every meeting point and the bus was impeccably clean. Our afternoon with Alan was like having a fun nephew show us the exciting sights of Busan. We shopped for Korean skin care., went to a local market for snacks and lights, then topped it witn a 100 floor adventure up X the Sky! Our dream Is to return to Busan and have Alan be our guide for a week long exploration of Korea
We had the privilege of being guided by jun on a tour of Busan. He was so accommodating and knowledgeable. We were able to fit in everything we were wanting to see and he even took us to a few extra spots we would have never discovered on our own. We will be recommending him to anyone who travels the area and will definitely book him again when we return.
Danny was an excellent guide. He created an itinerary that allowed us to see the sites in the area that were important to us and mixed in fun activities for our 8 year old daughter. Jun was one of the best guides we have ever had. We had a full day of Busan. Jun took us to 7 places that we wanted to see but we never felt rushed and he helped us get any tickets that were needed. We all came away feeling like this tour of Busan was a highlight of our trip.
Being able to choose the places to visit was wonderful in customizing our experience. Jun was an excellent tour guide who listened to what we wanted and was flexible to change.
Robin was fantastic! The van was so clean and new. He had bottled waters waiting for us. He gave us excellent history information throughout our tour. And he took us to a 10/10 Korean BBQ restaurant for lunch. Would definitely recommend. Was a great experience for our family of 6. We were able to see so much of Busan in a lovely van, with a private tour guide. Worth every penny.
Our guide Jun was amazing! He took wherever we wanted to go but was also very knowledgeable about the area and the things to do and see and he had a list of things prepared that we could see if we wanted to. But we had a couple of teenagers that wanted to go to Nike so he took us there lol after visiting the temple
