Stella, our guide was terrific. She offered just enough information and, of course, answered all our questions. Tigre and the delta are quite beautiful. The boat trip was a relaxing travel respite. Bonus was that I learned all about mate.

It is a round trip ride on a crowded boat. Some of the terrain we passed through is pleasant to view. But we thought there was a stop on the loop. Unfortunately not. This should be made more clear in the description.

From the pickup to drop off this was an amazing experience. Alejandra is so warm and knowledgeable and she makes sure everyone is included and having fun. Gustavo is a great driver and goes out of his way to be sure everyone feels safe.
The Tigre delta was magical and the shopping and lunch were great.

We had a wonderful guide but in general the tour was not worth it. The pacing of the day was bad, starting with leaving an hour late. A small part of the navigation was interesting, but otherwise Tigre is not very unique, another bustling tourist deatination. Kind of a nothing burger.

A very enjoyable trip to the Tigre Delta. A half hour ride from downtown BA and the town of Tigre has a definite charm to it. The boat ride lasted about an hour through the canals. Not much to see but enjoyable. The snack consisted of empanadas and a beer. They were very tasty as well. Finished with being dropped off at a market area to walk around. Enjoyable but not sure it’s worth the price.

Really enjoyed the trip, Amelia was very good.
Loved going through the delta seeing the houses etc and how they live.
I would say they should and try to sort the commentary outside on deck as you couldn’t hear what was said. It would have been nice to hear what was said about the area. As you want to be able to see the delta from outside if you can as if you sit inside not all the seats have window access.
The market was okay but wasn’t really necessary.
In say all this a trip worth doing would recommend.

The tour guide was FABULOUS but the actual tour was not. To do a boat cruise down the delta in an enclosed boat with dirty windows made it worthless . The crafts market was very disappointing 80 plus percent was closed .. it’s really only fully open/running on weekend otherwise not good ( and I’m being generous) If not for the great guide it would have been down right

The tour was nicely arranged and guide was friendly and knowledgeable. I wished the boat ride was with a smaller group and that the boat had a top, open air area. We did stand in a small space at the back of the boat to be able to see more easily. Large boat, with middle seats does not allow guests to see the landscape.

Not a small group tour!
Our boat was big and had about 50 people just on the top level. Nearly as many more on the lower level. Nothing like the pictures.

It went like clockwork. A good trip and I especially appreciated being picked up from my air bnb I absolutely loved the boat ride. It was interesting watching the well-off basking in the sun at their country houses along the riverside. And rowing in their boats. The entire boat ride was so scenic. And the narration in different languages was very much appreciated.
One suggestion however.... More time needed to be allowed at the various stops. For example, when we stopped at the Vivanca restaurant to eat the pre-ordered lunch, the 15 minutes allocated were really not enough to enjoy the meal, it was kinda rushed. Also during the stop at Puerta de Frutas - a huge market with a number of eating places, we were only allocated 20 minutes. I pleaded a bit for more time so we got an extra 10 minutes. It would have been nice to spend at least 1 hour to mill around the craft market and to sit at one of the eating places to have a meal.
But all in all, a good trip.

You will be in the sun most of the time while on the boat. Took just over one hour. Hat and sunscreen needed. NEED DEDICATED BATHROOM BREAKS/LOCATIONS! Tour Operators: check your travel vans!! DISABLE THE OVERPOWERING, AUTOMATIC AIR FRESHNERS!! This tour will remind one of how far the delta region must go to have clean, safe, water. Pollution level runs high in these waters.

Booked this tour as it was nice to have someone else handle the logistics in a foreign country with a different language. The Delta tour is very relaxing, and you take a boat with people from other groups (with a passable but not great English translation of the key highlights). Then the company's guide becomes more active during the tour of Tigre itself, and gives some good history and facts about the town. Having the free time to explore the market is a nice touch.
