Good tour, but the leal came at 2pm , extremely poor. No starter for vegetarian, steak with 30% fat. And cold fries.. No options just set menu with icecream which was tasteless.
Lest 90% of meal . We spent $80 for meals , but not even worth $20.

Hi Kelvin, thank you for posting a review. We regret to hear that your experience was not as you expected. Fat is part of the way we cook meat in Argentina, that is why it is so tasty. When we talk about a grill restaurant in our country, it means meat. We could have provided another restaurant but one of you ate meat so we made our best to provide a vegetarian option at the grill restaurant. You paid $ 19.75 extra per person for the meal and a drink which we think it is quite reasonable.

We enjoyed the boat tour of the delta. So unusual. The optional meal was delicious. The picture and “ smart casual” dress was misleading. Old boat with lots of people. Guide Jessica was very good. Answered many questions for us.

While it ended being a good experience, we had booked an English tour only to find out that it was a Spanish tour. There were 4 of the 14 guests who did not speak or comprehend Spanish. Gabby our Guide was very accommodating to us but it certainly was not fair to either her or the other guests that she was not informed that she had non Spanish speaking guests on board. As a guide she was wonderful and I would highly recommend her. In addition there was a problem with the microphone and audio system There was English audio on the boat ride. I highly recommend this tour . Very informative!

We were picked up and returned to Buenos Aires port terminal. The company kept us informed about the arrangements.
The minivan was clean and comfortable. Our guide spoke good English and was knowledgeable.
Tigre was an interesting town with plenty of shops and food outlets. The riverside was very pretty.
The catamaran river trip was 1.5 hours long and gave us the opportunity to see the different areas of the delta.

The tour in theory is great, the guide was great.
They were however 40 minutes late on collection - no apology
Also there were 3 collections, however on return, they chose 3 random locations in the city to drop you, not your hotel ?
What is the point of that

There is a tolerance of 35 minutes from the time set (no always from the time shown on your voucher). We inform this when we confirm every booking. Regarding the dropoff, it is stated in our product that it is at selected areas in downtown.
The point is operational effectiveness and would increase much the cost of the tour if we did it.

Boat tour was great as expected but sitt Ng in cafe for 45 minutes at closed fruit market - waste of valuable time when there other attractions- have visited previously and saw other other things..
could have visited sites on the way.
Guide’s English could be better and lacked detailed information on the way

This was a nice addition to our 10 day tour of Brazil, Iguazu Falls and Argentina. We had all day to wait for our evening flight home, so we decided to take this tour . It was interesting and we would reccomend this tour, plus the lunch option, our one last delicious steak in Argentina!

Pick up 45 minutes late, shopping area where most stores were closed, no seating with my husband on the Boston, sporadic English translation from tour guide. Disaster at restaurant as we had to order through the tour guide: options for lunch and beverages not cleat, waiter impatient. So angry that he refused to acknowledge our thanks. Miserable.

The boat was not the luxurious catamaran shown in the photo. The guide, lovely as he was, was very difficult to understand by the mostly English speaking tourists. We were dropped at a tourist market place which was mostly closed ( always is on Tuesdays) for 40 minutes with very little to do. The lunch was barely edible, were not allowed to look at a menu, and limited to an empanada for entree, and steak and chips or steak and salad. Not one of the 6 in our group had a tender steak, they were all extremely tough, and the salad was largely inedible. The blew from the boat was interesting, but that was the only good part of the trip

The description of the tour was very vague and misleading. The 2 stops at the museum and the market were a waste of time.
Our guide was new and although she spoke English OK she spoke too fast and the PA system on the bus was average.
The boat trip was OK but not on the boat shown on the website.
Overall it was overpriced for what was delivered.

We had Sophie as our guide. She was great. The driver Leo was extremely helpful as I use a walker. This tour was fascinating. I loved it. The river was very interesting and I would do the tour again. The marketplace had great handmade items. I wish we had more time there. Other than that I highly recommend this tour.

Bait n switch. Not the boat in the photos, you just get on a bus (it's clean though) with other people who are paying half of what you did to wait in line for a one hour public boat where you are the last ones to board for less than an hour circle. Total skip.
The "guide" was nice but totally unnecessary. The lunch isn't at Tigre or part of the tour, and not needed for transport. Everyone else came back with no lunch, we felt tricked and got dropped in BA obelisk for a lunch voucher (which was good and staff there were nice).
Just do it yourself, this is a shame.

Sometimes, there is much tourism, specially during weekends because this is the high season here and some line might be possible. We provided the service stated in our product and never tried to make you feel tricked.

Very nice and relaxing tour. You take a bus from BA to Tigre (about 40 minutes). We stopped in Tigre and had 45 minutes to shop around the small kiosks, then took a boat for a 1-hour ride in the river/delta then back to the bus and back to BA. Overall relaxing and experience, the guide Lionel was EXCELLENT. I was the only non-Spanish speaking person in the trip and he made sure to translate everything to me and make sure I’m included in everything.
