My husband and I had a great day in the Tigre Delta with Martin, who was an excellent tour guide. He picked us up at our hotel and handled all of the logistics perfectly. We really enjoyed his company on our private boat tour. We learned a lot and the day was very relaxing.

Well organized. Guide very informative on the trip to the marina. The trip was entirely on the water with many areas of the delta explored and provided many photo opportunities. Also learned a lot about the delta life and society. Personable guide with fluent english.

My husband and I recently went on this trip with Martin. We had a spectacular day. Martin arrived promptly. He was friendly, courteous and easy to speak with. He was most enjoyable company. He drove the car and the boat safely and patiently and told us all about the local life along the rivers. It was a peaceful and serene way to spend a day away from the buzz and noise of the city. The boat was supremely comfortable and we sat at the front getting great views all the time. Martin provided some water and a sweet snack which was much appreciated. All in all this is highly recommended.

Our trip in the delta was an amazing experience. Enrique is a kind and knowledgeable guide who really cares about people and about the Tigre Delta. We learned all about Buenos Aires and the surrounding areas and had a wonderful time boating through the delta waterways. Our half-day trip through the Tigre Delta with Enrique was outstanding. His many years of experience on these waterways gave us unique access to the quieter, less-touristic sides of the delta, and his boat was both comfortable and perfectly suited for the journey. Enrique was punctual, even handling city traffic smoothly, and shared fascinating insights into the history, daily life, and rich flora and fauna of the region. This was an authentic and memorable way to experience the delta, and I would highly recommend Enrique’s tour.

The day on the Tigre River, guided by Martin, was fantastic, with a steady, thoughtful pace as he introduced local wildlife and the plants that thrive in the delta, interwoven with stories about the history and daily life of river communities. The scenery was peaceful, the boat ride comfortable, and there were plenty of opportunities to observe wildlife and snap photos without feeling rushed. Very flexible, very personalized tour. I booked all 4 seats to make it a private tour. Enrique was on time to pick us up, explained many sites on the way to the marina, showed us places larger tour boats can't go to and brought us back to our hotel. Don't plan something right after the tour, Enrique might extend the schedule to show you more interesting things.

Enrique was wonderful! We were picked up at our hotel and enjoyed his narratives about Buenos Aires on our way to Tigre. There were six of us on the trip and he did a wonderful job teaching us about the river, the plant life we saw as well as the birds. We learned quite a bit about river life. His love of the river and Argentina enhanced the experience.

Fantastic morning on the Tigra Delta with Enrique.
The weather was beautiful and he was very knowledgeable of the Delta and its history and architecture of the homes on the Delta.

It was my boyfriend's first time in Buenos Aires and I wanted to give him a local experience, something less touristy — Enrique 100% delivered. He made sure our entire experience was unforgettable. From picking us up at our Airbnb and stopping to get delicious pastries for our mid-cruise snack to going out of his way to share local info on the Tigre neighborhood and off-the-beaten path water ways of the Delta, this was truly a unique local experience I highly recommend.

went inside the restaurant and talked to waiters before leaving us

Enrique is a top notch guide! Very personable and knowledgeable in all areas…absolute pleasure to spend the day with! As for the tour itself, Enrique will professionally guide you and your guests, there were 5 of us total, through areas of the delta that the large, impersonal boats cannot go, resulting in seeing great areas others rarely see. And you can also take a swim if you like! Bring sunscreen, hat, sunglasses; and a towel if you swim. This not a tour that takes you to tourist markets if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s just a great several hours out on the water exploring a small piece of the expansive and unique Tigre Delta and an on-the-water restaurant lunch if you’re interested. Great day plying the waters with Enrique!

Enrique’s small boat was an intimate experience navigating channels too small for the big boats. Our “snacks” were sandwiches selected by us from a bakery near the port. Enrique gave us a great city tour of northern Buenos Aires on the way to the marina in Tigre. The boat wash fast, and slow depending upon the channel conditions. We stopped for lunch in a quiet sidle channel. Enrique was personable and knowledgeable and was more like an old friend than a tour guide. Highly recommended!

There were so many memorable moments on this tour. I loved the idea of being on a small speedboat in El Tigre. I loved gliding through narrow creeks and seeing the homes dotting the shore, including a hippie retreat. Our guide and boat captain Enrique told us about the area, some of the history of Argentina and the changing landscape of Argentinian politics. I received good tips on restaurants, foods to try and things to do. It was a a low key and wonderful adventure. I highly recommend it.

Enrique was an amazing guide! He’s very knowledgeable about the Tigre delta and takes you to some off the beaten path locations. With a week in Buenos Aires, this was a great side trip that gets you out of the city and into nature. Enrique is happy to answer questions and he brought delicious Argentinian pastries for a snack. I highly recommend this tour!
