Great tour but NOT a "Personal Tour Guide" 26 people in our group. LOL

Great tour and great tour guide however, when I read "Personal Tour Guide" I think my group is going to have a personal tour guide and not a group tour. We were part of 26 people. The guide spoke in Spanish and then English. On a side note, the view was absolutely worth the climb.

Interesting Building!

We had a lot of fun exploring this building (with a guide). We went all the way to the top (lighthouse) and enjoyed every step of our way from hell to heaven. The guide flipped between English and Spanish - with such efficiency - nicely done! We did this on Christmas day in the afternoon. Glad something so interesting was open on that date (many things were closed for the holiday). Originally booked for 10 am - but was asked to move to 3p instead.

I brought my confirmation email to the ticket office and they said it was booked through a third party and they didn't have record of it. I had them look up my name and booking number and same result. I had to buy a regular ticket through the booking office, so I paid twice. I will be getting my money back.

Palacio Barolo the divine in architecture

Palacio Barolo is an unmissable tour in Buenos Aires. Based on Dante’s divine comedy its design takes you from hell all the way up to heaven. Tour guy was entertaining but not enough organisation on arrival.

What a beautiful place with such interesting history. Sylvana was great. We got moved from a sunset tour to earlier in the day and I don’t feel like we missed anything.
