Transfer war eine Katastrophe. Für 40 Min. Fahrt wurde ich 2. Std. vor Öffnung abgeholt. Musste 1. Std. vor Ort warten. Auf dem Rückweg hat der Fahrer plötzlich eine längere Pause eingelegt und danach musste man noch auf Leute von einer anderen Tour warten. Verspätung in Buenos Aires von 1. Std !

Hi, Dieter. Thank you for posting your review. We regret to hear that your experience was not as satisfactory as you expected. The time in advance upon arrival at Parque de la Costa is planned to facilitate the entry of the passengers preventing them from long and endless lines specially on a holiday such as Easter this last weekend and to permit them to quickly enjoy the attractions. Regarding the return, this service was provided regularly, combined with the Tigre Delta. Therefore, the time referred to is the pickup time for the rest of the passengers who had finished navigating the Delta (prior to returning to BA). There was no rest from the driver.
