If you are at a hotel, we will try to find you in the lobby or through the concierge Downtown area: Retiro, Recoleta, Puerto Madero San Telmo, Monserrat, Congreso. For Palermo or EZE, you should choose the corresponding option. Other areas, please consult.

The company was in communication with me before pickup with clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this transportation service. Just be sure to give the exact time that you need to be picked up because they will only wait for you one hour past your scheduled pickup time.

Lucas was our driver. He was on time waiting for us with my name on a sign to disembark from the cruise ship. He was pleasant and courteous. The company was in communication with me before pickup with clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this transportation service. Just be sure to give the exact time that you need to be picked up because they will only wait for you one hour past your scheduled pickup time.

We received the most comprehensive communication in preparation for our pickup from Buenos Aires cruise port. When you are arriving in a foreign country that is very reassuring. Although the driver was 10 minutes late, I did receive communication to let us know the status.

Very flexible and prompt to reply. We had to change our pickup time several times (not our fault) and they graciously worked with us. Driver was there on time and got us to the airport on time!

I've gotten very good service with Viator. However, on our pickup at cruise terminal in Buenos Aires. I was give a meet location and the driver given a different location. Hence, a longer wait time was experienced. Plus, I was told I would get a driver who spoke English. However, that wasn't the case.

Outstanding experience Enriquo was great and helped us with other questions with Buenos Aires. This tour takes you in the smaller tributaries that the larger boats can’t fit into so really saw an inside. Look of the Delta. highly recommend.

The driver was not there to pick us up. A friend had to call the company for our ride. After that the ride to our hotel was quiet because he did not speak English.

When our transfer driver was an hour late, I called the number in the confirmation email for the provider, both with my phone and a local phone. No answer. The driver arrived shortly after, gave minimal help with our bags, spoke or offered no English. The driver carried one bag and we carried the other two, plus two carry on bags, and had to cross the street in the rain although all other drivers were pulling under the cover. The driver set our bags on the curb at the hotel and left with no offer to assist getting them into the hotel. I cannot recommend this company.

We are very sorry to hear that your transfer was less smoothly than you expected.
Our driver was on time at port and waited for you till you showed up. We never received a phone call from you. We do not understand why if he was delayed, you waited 01 hour to phone us while we had stated in our confirmation that the tolerance is 05 minutes otherwise, urgently phone us.
A rainy day is usually complicated. You were one hour delayed and the authorities at port do not permit to be inside so much time. The fastest way to take you to your hotel was by going to the transportation outside. If we had to wait for the guard to let us enter again, you must have probably had to wait for another 30 minutes or more. There were many passengers that day and it seems every one showed up later than usual. Probably, due to the weather conditions.
We understand how difficult things get and how unconfortable people are in this situations but we did our best according to the circunstances.
