We had a wonderful experience using this company. Cesar (the owner, speaks excellent English) communicated with me via WhatsApp beforehand and sent photos of the driver (himself) and car, along with detailed instructions on where to meet. I ended up booking several rides with him, including picking up my group of 6 at the cruise port terminal and taking us to/from the airport for our trip to Iguazu, with a stop at our hotel in Buenos Aires to drop off some luggage. His Mercedes van was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Cesar and his company and would definitely use them again!

The airport pickup was extremely smooth and easy. The driver communicated clearly the day prior and provided detailed, easy-to-follow instructions upon arrival, making it simple to find the pickup location. The car was clean, and the driver was professional and friendly. This service was absolutely worth it—far easier and more efficient than trying to navigate taxis or buses, and definitely the quickest way to get from the airport to the hotel.

Our driver contacted us the day before our plane was to land with a picture of himself and a picture of the car. He gave precise instructions on what to do upon arrival. He was in constant communication with us after arrival so he knew exactly when we were going to leave the building and where we should meet him. There was a person that spoke English at the car to help us get settled because our driver only spoke Spanish. The driver provided bottled water and took us quickly and efficiently to our hotel. The car was neat and clean and comfortable.

It was the best organized pickup.. Carlos made it very easy.. sent directions when we landed… Along with photos of how to get through the airport ..where to meet our driver Donel alone with pictures of driver and car… We waited about 2 min for our driver after I text that we were at the meeting spot.. our ride was about one hour from airport to hotel… And Donel was a great driver!!!

We received easy to follow instructions from Buenos Aires Tour VIP several days before our arrival and met a representative in the EZE terminal. A short walk to the car in front of the terminal and we were transported directly to our downtown hotel. We were so pleased with our service that we subsequently contacted Cesar and scheduled another ride several days later. Very reliable and we would surely use this company again if visiting Buenos Aires!

As soon as I made the appointment, the transportation company was texting me on What's App to make sure we connected. We used a company recommended by Viator for transportation from the Buenos Aires Airport to our Hotel. As soon as we landed in Buenos Aires, the company texted me to let me know who was picking us up and where and they sent a picture of our driver. We only waited for a few minutes, and he picked us up and took us to our hotel. He didn't speak any English but was very courteous and drove safely. This is the third time we have used Viator for transportation and adventures in 3 different countries. Never a problem.

We had scheduled the pick up for a certain time but the driver proactively reached out to let us know the trip to the airport would take longer than expected and was willing to let us update the time of the pick up. Great experience, on time, clean & comfortable car, provided bottled water. Highly recommend. Note:vViator reservation process asks for pickup time. However, vendor automatically uses your flight arrival time and allows one hour from that. If you exceed 1 hr (taxiing, stopping for restroom, standing in line for passport control - thst was over an hour, retrieving baggage, walking to outside meeting point), you are requested/required to give $20 USD tip to driver "because he had to wait for you beyond one hour." I appreciate the driver's time but I had requested a pickup time taking all that into consideration. As it was, we were done and out before the time I requested pickup. The booking process through Viator doesn't agree with the reality of what the vendor follows. You only find out after you book. I didn't read the WhatsApp messages thoroughly (my fault) so I'd know what to expect.
