Fernando picked us up at dock and delivered us as planned. We also had him give us an overview tour of the city. We were able to see many of the city highlights. The city overview helped very much. Having a good English speaker helped us. Fernando is courteous, helpful, and always on time.

Unfortunately, we had many transfers assigned today and not all of our drivers were bilingual. But if we had known, we would have sent you one.

Our driver arrived a few minutes early, found us in the hotel lobby and assisted with our luggage. The drive from hotel to port went well. Many buses & cars at the terminal. Driver did a great job of getting us to the main door and assisted with our luggage. Much nicer than a big bus transfer. Recommend Malambo Tours transfers!

Driver mixed up reservations and did not show. I called the company and they had him there in 10 min. He did not make any excuses, was very apologetic. This is why I ranked them high. Mistakes happen and they fixed theirs promptly. I would use them again.

Fernando was great—he kept in touch with me beforehand and on arrival so that we knew exactly where to meet him. Could not have been easier. I’m so glad that we didn’t have to find and then stand in the taxi line after a night of travel, not being sure if we were going in the right direction etc. Most taxi and Uber drivers don’t speak English so it’s less expensive but not worth the stress! Fernando was great and we used him again during our time in Buenos Aires. We are keeping his contact info for future trips. Highly recommend!
