Pickup was kind of confused, we are expecting to get a call when they arrive at our hotel, but was informed that they don’t do and expect customers to wait at the lobby during the 30 min window allotted for pickup. Got the steak but was not asked how I wanted it cooked so it was not to my liking. The show was good tho.
