Recommended day on the water.
Beware of the time noted on the ticket. Our ticket showed 09:00, but we were not collected from our collection point until 10:05. I did ask for the collection time to be confirmed, and the response was 09:30 to 09:50. The van was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The tour leader, Georgina, had good linguistic skills and communicated well. The river cruise was excellent, and the tour of the old fruit market was terrific, even though it was short. We highly recommend this tour.

Tigre Delta
Very knowledgeable tour guide and interesting areas explored. Did not expect such a large boat with many customers. We were unable to hear and understand the entire English explanation of the areas due to the noise level. Also, there was only one working bano on the boat.

Take the boat!
Wow! This was a great excursion! A fun day out of BA seeing a very unique and special area. Joe picked us up on time and relayed quite a bit of information along the way to El Tigre. There were a couple stops to take in the views and sculptures on the way to the boat. We booked the 4 hour tour but after being there our group wished we booked the 6 hour tour having lunch on the river. The tour was lovely and Joe was a fantastic guide!

Tigres Yes!
Just the right amount of time for a half day trip ...everything went well and our guide was fantastic. Loved seeing Tigres in a very comfortable boat. All fantastic, highly recommend.

Great guide and weather was beautiful for a boat ride
Excellent way to see other side of tracks. Tigre and communities show the great contrast between city and river traders. It was the off season and a week day so wasn't a bustling area but was a nice change of pace with alot of history.

A trip back in time
Florencia met us at our hotel and provided great information to us on our drive to San Isidro. During the drive, Florencia taught us how the Mate is used and gave samples to us of the Argentine tea. Upon our arrival in San Isidro Florencia provided us with a complete history of the area and showed us the important buildings and the cathedral. She took us to a small café where we were able to taste local pastries.
When we left San Isidro we drove to the boat launch where we boarded a river boat and traveled down the Tigre Delta. We went to a wonderful restaurant on the Tigre where we had a scrumptious lunch and were able to walk around the property of the old plantation. We invited Florencia to join us for lunch and she explained the different dishes on the menu. This tour was an amazing tour out of the city that should not be missed.

Beautiful.
I had taken this same tour 3 years ago when I came here. Beautiful scenery. Staff were very helpful and accommodating even though I was the only English speaking person in the group.
