What a fantastic experience! It was one of the highlights of our holiday. Marcelo and Sol were wonderful hosts and patient teachers, despite us having no dance experience and skill. In a very short time, we learned a set of basic, easy to remember moves, that gave us confidence to get up on the dance floor. The milonga we visited was really friendly and it was a unique chance to experience a very local, neighbourhood night out. We even had tasty empanadas and red wine. I would highly recommend this experience.

I was picked up on time at my hotel in an elegant car and whisked away to a local dance studio run by a renowned local tango dancer. Marcelo and his professional dance partner Denise were very patient in teaching me some basic steps. Marcelo also brought Matcha tea and delicious pastries which we enjoyed on the break. Denise shared a book with me on tango and Marcelo told me about the history of the dance. After this, Marcelo and Denise took me to a Milonga (Tango Dance club) by way of the elegant car. The Milonga was exceptionally atmospheric. We had dinner and danced. There were two different orchestras. One was a renowned group called the Kings of Tango!! Music was exceptional. At the end of the night, I was driven home. This was a fun informative private tour. I felt very safe as a solo traveler and encourage all people to participate! Thank you Marcelo and Denise! You are such great dancers and people!

Marcelo and Flor were the best team, instructors and guides for treating us to a great evening of tango, malongas and camaraderie. we booked with them for a family member’s bday and Marcelo and Flor even got us a cake to celebrate! such wonderful teachers and great company!

A great experience overall. Marcelo and Flor are wonderful instructors and made us feel very comfortable during our lesson. The milonga was an experience not to be missed and with gentle encouragement we were even able to navigate the dance floor. Mission accomplished. The snacks and food also exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a real tango experience.

Amazing experience. The teachers are well versed and I was able to dance in a milongas with just one class! I also have a gluten allergy and noted that before the tour. The guide went out of his way, bought me a bag full of gluten free options just so that I would have an enjoyable experience without being hungry. He really went above and beyond. I recommend this tour and can’t wait to use my new dance skills when I get home!
