    The famous Argentine barbecue!

    ramiro_c, Jul 2026
Great Argentine barbecue! The guide was excellent, friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. He taught us every step of preparing the Argentine asado, explaining not only how to cook the different cuts of meat but also the customs and techniques behind it. The best part was that we did everything ourselves! At the end, we all sat down to enjoy the meal we had prepared, and the food was excellent. It was very satisfying to enjoy an authentic asado that we had made ourselves.
