Unfortunately this tour did not live up to expectations. Limited sites and poor views. Staff were friendly.

Disorganized and short on what we were seeing

Was a beautiful evening for a ride. While we had a line, our guide allowed a group of teenagers to push their way onto the bus ahead of those of us in a line as we had arrived. Additionally the guide failed to hand out earbuds so unfortunately those of us on top missed some of the tour because we did not know there was audio. Lastly, the audio was too much music and not enough explanation of where we were driving and what we were seeing.

Brussels night city bus tour

It was a really bad experience for everyone on the bus the trees kept hitting the bus causing thumping noises and I know it's not the bus tour's fault but the city needs to cut down the trees. I would not recommend this tour it wasn't that much pretty sights to see

This is not a "tour"! It's a bus ride.

Callin this a "tour" is misleading. It is a bus ride through random neighborhoods. There was no guidance of where we were going, where we were, what we might see. Last 10 minutes drove by the palace. Literally that's it for 1.5 hours. And the address in app is incorrect!
