The company was very quick to respond and so accommodating. We had Daphne as our tour guide and she was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable about Bruges, made great recommendations for afterward, patient with all of our questions, a GREAT photographer, and pretty comical (great sense of humor)! 10/10 would recommend this experience, we got to see a lot of Bruges which helped us be comfortable walking around the city for the rest of our trip, as we experienced a good bit!
