Good small group. Very knowledgeable tour guide. Good value. Would have been nice to have landmarks and information on where to park after booking. Also perhaps communication on meet up time, as we were 20 minutes early, and door was locked, and no signage about perhaps on another tour- I almost panicked, thinking I was scammed

Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. However, the tour was described on the Viator app as "guaranteed skip the line" which was a little misleading. Yes you can skip the (very short) line to buy the entrance tickets, however, you cannot skip the line to enter the castle. We visited on quite a busy day and ended up spending almost an hour waiting in line, which was unexpected due to the "skip the line" advertisement. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed the tour and the castle

Unfortunately it was so busy trying to keep a group together and give explanations was pretty much impossible. Not the guide’s fault but shouldn’t be a guided tour.

My guide had a thorough knowledge on the history of the castle and all it's quirks. Also hilarious at times which made my tour more enjoyable. I certainly recommend it instead of the similar but overpriced competition.

A tour with audio guide in parallel or headphones in parallel would have been better, as you could hardly hear the guide. There was sometimes too fast and incomprehensible a speech and there were too many people in a room in parallel - a small entrance stop between the tours would be more appropriate, as this might allow you to understand better.
