Everything ran very smoothly. Florin was a great guide of the sites and of the local area and of Romania. We recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see Bran and Pelez castles.
Very friendly and educational tour guide and fun and beautiful visit to the castles. My daughter and I had this as our top attractions to see and it did not disappoin. Must see places while in Transylvania and would highly recommend booking this tour.
It is a great way to get to see two of Brasov's castles and a beautiful calm monastery. The castles are so different. Our guide Florine was so well informed and adjusted the day to suit road and weather conditions. Brad Castle- of Dracula fame, is really intriguing with its winding staircases and spooky nooks and crannies. Peles Castle is wonderfully elegant with so many stunning wooden carved doors, walls, ceilings and figures. An excellent day out
The guide was informative and knowledgeable, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. We felt safe and well looked after throughout the trip, and the itinerary was well organised and kept on schedule.
Well on time well informed! His timings were excellent and quite knowledgeable. We reached well on time before the crowd gotten worst.
Lines can be extremely long. I’m glad we got to Bran Castle early.

Some weekend’s or holiday season can be busy, indeed. This tour happened in one of the busiest times, May 1st long week-end (Labour Day in Romania). Bran was very busy but we got there first to avoid heavy crowds.
In Peles and at Sinaia Monastery we managed to visit in excellent conditions, no crowds, our group was alone in Peles Castle.
We offered a 30 minutes snack break at Peles, as advertised, and free time for photos after the visit.
The traffic can be busy as well, we try to avoid also this when possible. This 2nd of May, Saturday, we traveled fairly well, there were no delays in traffic, as we remember.

Definitely a great tour. Peles castle tour was by far my favorite. Our guide was great, he would explain the history of not only the 2 castles you visit, but also it's surrounding area's history.
Extremely competent guide fluent in multiple language who was even able to accommodate a Spanish tourist while talking to the main group in English.
We had a great time on this tour. The guide Florin was very knowledgeable and friendly and was very helpful as we went to Bran castle, peles castle, and sinaia monastery. We learned a lot about the region and the castles on the tour and had a great day overall.

First of all, Florin was a fantastic guide with fluency in english and spanish with interesting facts about the area and the castles! the tour itself was quite great, the only thing I wished for was a little more time in both castles, to try to see it in not such a hush and to see the little souvenir shops around them. aside from that, 100% recommended
Toured with Florin, who was exceptionally knowledgeable. Castle Bran has a decent inclined path to reach the castle. Pelles Palace was the most beautiful castle I have toured ever. It is a must see and well worth the time. Interesting to see both in the same day. Florin did a flawless job of translating between two languages, but actually speaks four. He made our day entertaining and informative. We enjoyed this day trip very much. Also, the tour takes you on a winding mountain road with some start and stop traffic for parts of it. I took some dramamine-it would have not been pretty without it! Just a heads up to people who may have motion sickness!
A little bit of walking, and you are going to suffer a little of you are tall traveling in the car they had. Overall a great experience!
Florin was an exceptional guide and his driver was great also. Florin was helpful from the time of booking, helping us adjust our schedule to get the most out of what we wanted to see. He communicated early and even suggested a way to catch the return train from an intermediate village rather than return all the way to Brashov and inculded possible trains. He was articulate and knowledgeable about everything. He knew how to beat the bigger tours and time our visits. He even got us through the largest rainstorm he had experience in 8 years, without hurting our tours. This was a great tour and guide.
I was so excited about this tour and was not disappointed! Florin was absolutely amazing. He was so enthusiastic, knew so much about all the sights and random, interesting facts about Romania and the Brasov region and spoke flawless English and Italian. One of the best tour guides I've ever had. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you luck out and get Florin as your guide!

The meeting point was a 5 minute walk from our hotel and the driver was excellent. Couldn't have had a better day!

you get to cover two castles and a monastery. castle bran if anything is more a checkbox item but dare i say its not exactly a very big castle and can be a bit on the touristy side. the real attraction is the second castle which is the summer palace of romanian royalty. thats the real fine piece of art
Florian was so welcoming and friendly to everyone in the group. Explained all the stories behind the places that we visited in great details. A great way to visit 2 of most renowned castles in Romania.

Nearly 20 years of doing tours booked on Viator and this was one of my favorites. The castles and scenery were spectacular and so much worth the visit. The guide was 5*****. Very informative, interesting and gave such great information on the sites as well as logistics. Top notch!

This tour was fantastic! Florin took us from Braşov to Bran Castle and Peles Castle and it was the most entertaining thing I did my whole visit in Romania! Florin in particular is a very knowledgeable tour guide who is also great to chat with and talk about life in Romania. If I could only do one thing my entire trip to România, this is what I would pick.

Most importantly, the tour guide made this day tour exceptional - his historical knowledge, logistics to guide the group, mastery at avoiding bad weather and crowds to make our castle visits efficient and enjoyable, and including the monastery was the icing on the cake. Excellent tour guide and 3 great places to visit. The monastery was so beautiful and interesting. Peles castle was incredible and Bram Castle had an interesting history. We never felt rushed and our guide shared so much useful and fascinating information. He really looked after everyone too. And we had a very good driver. Thank you for a great day.
Florine was an excellent guide, and he delivered the tour in three languages. He was patient and helpful with my mother, who needs a cane.
The castles were wonderful, as was the monastery. Be prepared to sit in the car for a while, because traffic can be bad in the mountains. Florine did well to pop in with some facts along the road.
