This was one of the highlights of our visit to Bordeaux. As we only had about 3 full days in the city, this was an effective and fun way to see and learn about the city in about 2 1/2 hours. It was nicely paced, and Jean-Christophe was an excellent guide who was very knowledgeable and made sure we didn’t feel rushed. The bikes themselves were pretty comfortable, and the roads were pretty flat though it was difficult at times to navigate around pedestrians and narrow passage ways and doorways but we managed! Would definitely recommend this tour if you want to explore and learn about the city and cover a lot of ground. Merci Beaucoup!

This was the best bike tour we’ve been on! Bordeaux is a beautiful quintessential city with a lot of history! Our tour guide was fabulous & catered for our kids. This is a must do! It’s the best way to see a lot and gain a lot of information in a short time.

We travelled on well
Maintained and comfortable bikes. A great blend of history , access to the main sights and we were shown some pretty cool parts of the city off the beaten track - all with a smile pleasant nature and passion by the guide.

This tour is a great mix of biking on many bike paths and touring sites on both the right and left banks with a guide in Jean Christoph who is very personable and passionate about his city. We really enjoyed the tour and got some great tips for hearing the bell on the Gross Cloche and other recommendations for things to see and places to eat locally. Plus we got some good exercise! We even had a tire issue on one of the bikes and Jean swiftly fixed it so we could resume safely. It was quite impressive. Would highly recommend touring with him!

Bordeaux is anti cars so this is the perfect way to experience the city and its history. Our guide is a local and he is passionate about his city and knowledgeable. Stainless steel water bottles are provided and there are refilling opportunities along the way. You will need sunscreen and sunglasses if it’s a hot and sunny day. At the end you will have insight as to where you would like to further explore.

We had a most enjoyable cycle tour with Jean Christophe. He was charming and knowledgeable and gave us a great insight into the history and development of Bordeaux. The cycling is largely traffic free thanks to plenty of cycle tracks and the bikes are in excellent condition. A great trip!

It was a great ride - we were very well informed about history and visit very nice places.
The bikes were perfect and the ride was very safe and beautiful. It is a great way to see the city with its different areas. It was comfortable with not a very big group and the guide was attentive and friendly.

Sufficient tour in Bordeaux and over the years we have learned that the guide is essential for a succesfull tour. This tour guide was certainly professional but you need that little extra, the unusual anecdote, that makes the trip memorable and special.

Tour was all over Bordeaux from left to right bank and over bridges. Guide was very knowledgeable. Bikes were in excellent condition and very comfortable.

The best way to explore Bordeaux. Jean-Christophe is super knowledgeable and friendly and has a clear passion for the area.
The tour is taken at a relaxed pace, spending ample time at each location, he even bought local cannelès for us to try. The bikes were super comfy and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city, it’s fun and Jean-Christophe has some great recommendations for places to visit during your stay. Thanks again.

Great guide, excellent bikes, wonderful friendly group, totally interesting route. We were in the hands of a delightful story teller, with a fun stop at a combination brewery, bakery, coffee hang-out. Great historical overview and explanation of important sites. Easy bike riding (assuming you are in average physical shape). Was frankly amazed at how much I enjoyed the several hours and was sorry it was over.
