Saturday morning tour. I forgot our guide’s name but he was wonderful, very knowledgeable about the history and information about the landmarks despite only having been in city for 9 years. He even cracked a few jokes here and there. He also did the right pace, not too slow and not too fast but enough for everyone to keep up but feel relaxed. I would highly recommend him.
Bikes were Peugeot’s with baskets and 6 speed gearing which made it easy to bring our bags and make it up a few inclines (there wasn’t much but gears made small inclines and keeping up or accelerating that much easier).

Outstanding tour with Loic who helped our group of 3 fall in love with Bordeaux! Going across the river into the former military base was a highlight! We never would have known that existed without him. Can't wait to return for the wine museum and other sites. Outstanding introduction to the city!

Loïc was a very knowledgeable and easy-going tour guide. He toured us around the city, visiting the most iconic places and underground venues. Riding the bike with him was always safe. He offered us a pair of helmets, advised us on how to bike in Bordeaux, and mentioned some details to be aware of. It was a fun and fascinating experience. Löic knows lots about the city history (foundation, architecture, economy, society, etc.). This was a great ride!! Easy pace, great guide, fun stops & facts and well maintained equipment. Ride went much longer than 2 hours but that was fine for us! (Just plan on it being longer). Morning was best for summer and avoiding the heat. Would absolutely recommend and would do this again.
One note: Would have been helpful to have parking instructions. We found public parking nearby (within a 10 min walk) but wish we knew parking was available on the street near the meeting point. Drive there first to see what’s available before parking further away like we did. Will save you some time. Traffic in Bordeaux is heavy.

What a wonderful way to see a lot of Bordeaux in a short time. Our guide, navigated us through the streets & to beautiful, historical areas. We circled the city & learned a lot of history around the architecture & influences the French & British played. His knowledge was excellent as well as his English. He was friendly & easy to chat with. At the end he gave us a map of where we cycled & some great restaurant recommendations. We always do bike tours in new cities we travel to & we would highly recommend this tour!

Greatly enjoyed the tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and spoke English very well. We were able to cover a lot if ground but the pace was comfortable and the ride was safe. We definitely got a better overview of Bordeaux than we would have had on foot. Highly recommend.

Great experience and very useful if you have little time to know the whole city. The tour guide was very accessible as I was traveling with my 6 years old son.
It is better to know the city this way as you would not be able to know many parts that are far away

One of the best ways to explore the city. Numerous bike paths, funny nuggets of history, smooth controls, it is an experience definitely worth trying! Great way to familiarize yourself with Bordeaux without being too hot or tired. Great guide too!

Loic was an amazing guide. Extremely knowledgeable on the history of Bordeaux and a really nice young man. The bike riding was easy as the town is quite flat and the cars and people are used to bikes. Would thoroughly recommend this tour early in your stay.

Loic was a fantastic guide for our group of 12 (rather large). Easily maneuvered through Bordeaux, enjoyed many of the key sites and some off the beaten path. Had timely and relevant comments during stops and anecdotal quips made it quirky, insightful and fun. Would highly recommend (with Loic)

We had originally booked this tour for the English option but were advised a couple of days prior that it would be bilingual as a large group of French speakers had subsequently booked. We were unable to change to another time so opted to remain on the tour as booked. The guide did a good job but it is clear that the detail given in the second language is nowhere near as comprehensive.
An enjoyable tour in a lovely city nevertheless but a little diminished by this aspect.
