My friend and I had the absolute pleasure of taking a tour in the Bordeaux region, and we can't stop talking about how incredible it was! We selected this tour from Bordeaux after carefully evaluating the available options. While other tours might be a better fit for the interests of others, this one is outstanding and exceeded all of our expectations. We were picked up at a convenient location by our hotel and rode in air-conditioned comfort. Our tour guide, Amine, took us to two very delightful wine chateaus and guided us through the highlights of the medieval town with ample time and plenty of information in English. Additionally, Amine resolved a problem with the shipment of wine we had purchased separately at one of the two chateaus after our tour was completed. You cannot expect a better tour guide and better service when traveling abroad.

This tour was amazing and Amin was a fabulous guide! He is local to the area and very knowledgeable about the family operated wineries. Amin communicated extremely well before, during and after the trip (especially because we had a large group and needed child/infant seats). I recommend adding the charcuterie/cheeses and bread option, as it was fun to snack and taste the wines. The time spent walking through the village and seeing the view was incredible. Would absolutely recommend this experience.

In addition to the great chateau experiences that were personal and private , our driver Amine was an exceptional tour guide. We especially loved the st Emilion cheese shop stop and time in st Emilion village. I would really recommend this tour and Will do it again next time we are in Bordeaux w Amine!

It wasn't really a tour, just a transfer with a driver between stops. So you get ZERO information because ZERO English!

Hello , so let clarify this case :
1 - you been with a group all they was so happy & great for the experience.
2 - you was asking the driver to visit other chateaux us we already mention to all groups so next time we advise you to book a be spoke wine tour & you choose any chateau you want but its gonna be not the same budget.
3 - i get message from passenger (client) was in the same group thats in cellar you take a plater of cheese & charcuterie & you dont let them taste with you its was a big plater to share with other & you comportement was so rude with other passenger so they was all of them share the second one.
3 - you ask many stop to take photos & driver say sorry we can not do that every moments you want because we have to respect timing to be on time in next chateau.
3 - we try to be flexible with you thats you think you are only the one in this tour which is not possible we have a scheduled to respect also.
4 - you been late in the departure so driver we ask driver to come back to pick-up you since he pick-up all the group 6 person from the dame adress we mention but tou didn't arrive en time.
4 - you forget to mention all the things you get in this tour for exemple you get 9 tasting normally you should have maximum 6 & one big plater of cheese & charcuterie for 4 persons & all cool experience with guide of the different chateaux those explain to all of you how we make wine & all the procedure in our region from the vins to the bottle & history’s of each one.

This was, without a doubt, the best wine tour we've ever experienced. We visited two family-owned chateaus and explored Saint Emilion. We got to learn about the wine making process and both chateaus showcased exceptional wines with rich histories. Our guide, Emil, made the experience special—he treated us like family and was incredibly accommodating. If you're in Bordeaux and love wine, this tour is a must-do.

Do not miss this tour! We stopped at 2 vineyards and had a visit in St. Emilion which was beautiful. Great wine tastings and charcuterie and our driver was awesome. Learned a lot about wine production in the area.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour! Our driver, Emil, was extraordinary! He was so friendly and accommodating. He had water and biscuits waiting for us in his car. He drove very safely. He took us to the places listed on the tour and also other, even more exquisite sites. He knew the best places and took us around on our timeline, taking time to show us such beauty! It was just the two of us and Emil so he was able to spend a it of time answering our questions. I highly recommend this tour, and Emil was INCREDIBLE!

The gentlemen from the chateau is very humorous. Explaining the story, process and the characteristics of his vinery with magic, before tasting their wine. Then we have some time exploring the church in the town centre before going to a wine dealer at the town. And the guy from cellar let us taste around 8-10 wines from across the regions. And after that we still have some time exploring around.
I am not sure if the driver will take you to the same chateau and wine dealer for every tour. But we do enjoy.
And the schedule is little bit differ from original stated, but the driver have good communication through WhatsApp and that’s alright for me and my friend. A relaxing half day trip I would recommend.

We visit several châteaus, my favorite was Château Laniote StEmilion. It is a small family run château. The owners were so warm and welcoming. Our guide Emilio was absolutely wonderful!!!! He had lots of information about the numerous châteaus in the area along with history. He recommended some amazing restaurants, going above and beyond at helping us get reservations.

Non-existent tour changed 12 hours before so I could not cancel and ask for refund, substitute without confirmation with completely different other, different language, different time, For a cost of 305.0 euros. I did not accept the exchange I lost an afternoon to get explanations and a half refund so I lost 150 euros without having any fault but to have trusted.
