We were in Bordeaux for only one day and this was the best way to see the most in a short time. Elena was our guide and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. We got the hang of the Segway very quickly and they were so fun! I highly recommend this as a way to see a lot of the city in 2 hours. We actually booked other Segway tour in other countries we are visiting this trip because of how cool it was. Hope this helps!

It was a fun and good way of getting around Bordeaux.
The tour guide was young and energetic.
The down side of the tour were 1) the Segway are rather aged and dirty; 2) the service provider moved to a new location, but the pick up location shown on Viator App was not updated. We went to the old site as shown on the App, then saw a Notice posted on the door said the service provider was moved. Luckily we arrived earlier, saw notice posted on the door for the new location.
We ran few blocks away, hoping not to be late. Luckily we found the new location on time, but It was stressful.

My husband, 13 year old son and I had a fabulous time on our Bordeaux Segway tour. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of our guide but he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the city and did a great job navigating us safely. We saw so much more of Bordeaux than we ever would have on foot. I highly recommend this tour.
