The staff are amazing, crazy even, in the best way. I expected a simple tour with a simple lunch. What I got was much more than I could ever expect. We were dancing, laughing and having the time of our lives while tasting some of the best products I could ever imagine. Not only this, they surprised us with pasta and a wine tasting from the region that would have been a tour in itself. I hope with all my heart I am able to repay the team for their kindness one-day. Grazie mille a tutti. Until next time

Best tour! Fun, entertaining, informative, and great hosts!

This tour was amazing. Alessandro the tour guide was super energetic, engaging, funny, informative, and kept the tour moving along. The “tasting” afterwords consisted of about 10 different family style dishes to share- including multiple types of prosciutto, pork loin, guanciale, ham, etc. this was paired with local wine. Then they started to bring out different types of pasta- each with their own wine. The ladies who cooked and served everything were amazing- very lovely, personable, helpful, and kind. We had a quick dance party after all the pasta so we’d be ready for dessert. Everything was top notch and so much fun. We had an issue getting a taxi so one of the ladies drove us to the train station. They went above and beyond to make sure we got where we needed to be. So thank you so much for a great day ❤️❤️❤️

Such an amazing tour and lunch!

This tour exceeded our expectations! The factory tour was fascinating. We learned about how prosciutto, guanciale, and pancetta are made, with love and time. And, we learned so much about how the products are classified and labeled for sale. But, the highlight of the tour was the lunch that followed. It was a delicious feast! We had an amazing antipasti spread to begin, including trying the meat products we had seen being produced, as well as a lovely salad, slow-cooked tomatoes, and warm bread. Next, there were three local pasta dishes. They were all tasty and the lasagna bolognese was especially delicious. The meal was followed by a tiramisu dessert and grappa. And, each course was paired with a different local wine. Wow! It was all so good. The tour and lunch were curated by Alessandro. He was very knowledgable and the tour had just the right amount of detail and humor. The chef and host, Erica, was also very nice and talented. Her cooking was so delicious and she made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. She even let our 13-year old son help her in the kitchen, and he was just thrilled. The location was good, with ample parking since it was outside of any urban area (as you would expect for a factory). The room where we ate was large and decorated with art, antiques, and so many other interesting things to look at. We were thoroughly thrilled with the whole experience and would highly recommend it.

    Great food!

I was late due to an accident in front of me and missed the tour but not the party! The brothers were so kind to me and fed me as part of the tour. They were amazing! The food is spectacular. I enjoyed the prosciutto flavors and the food combinations. I hope to be able to get them at my home in the future!

Great learning, and very enjoyable experience

A great learning experience end-to-end. The tour and the tasting, including the different wines and pastas, was very enjoyable. The crew is very welcoming and friendly. My family had a great time. Thank you.

    Step into prosciutto heaven

This tour is a phenomenal experience for anyone who loves prosciutto/ham. Alessandro was a top-notch host, as he showed us around the facility and explained the nuances and differences between the various kinds of pork they process there. I can still smell the wonderful scent coming from many of the rooms. Following the tour, Alessandro's family provided us with a full meal with wine, including maybe the best lasagna I have ever had. I would recommend this tour with Alessandro 10/10 times!
