Had a great time with my guide. Great communication and meet up was easy. Went to a nice wine bar/ store and sampled some wonderful local grapes. The charcuterie platter was very tasty

Not Worth The Money

Not worth the money, we got the same "experience" from visiting a wine bar the previous day. The guide changed time on us twice and in the end we had to meet him 45 mins early. We him in the square, he walked us to the restaurant where he did chat to us and was friendly but it lasted 20 mins. We were then given 3 wines and a meat & cheese platter with a small explanation of where the wine came from. No notes on tasting and very little interaction with us. When we checked with the restaurant the value of the food and drink was €110 for 5 of us but we paid £250 for the "tour". Save your money as there are plenty of of other things to do in Bologna.

Hi we are sorry that you did not like the experience but you forgot to mention that the guide agreed with you a schedule, he came to pick you up, he took you for a ride around the city showing some hidden glimpses after he accompanied you at the tavern as foreseen in the program and the time required to do the tasting as planned remained. I'm sorry but if you want to save money then don't look for this kind of tour on portals.
