Itinerary

After hotel pickup in Bodrum, drive until you reach the town of Mugla for a quick breakfast break.

After breakfast, continue to Pamukkale, known as 'the cotton castle' in Turkish, so named for the white minerals left on the travertine rock formations. Have time to take a dip in the natural hot spring pools that contain remnants of Roman ruins.

From Pamukkale, head to Hierapolis to visit a Roman amphitheater, historical museum, and the Cleopatra pool (not included). Stop for the included lunch before visiting the nearby village of Karahayit to see 'Kirmizi Su' or red water — natural hot springs. Afterward, have dinner (included) then transfer back to your hotel where your tour ends.

Not enough “guide”.

The trip to Pamukkale was long but that was as expected. Stops to Onyx factory and winery wasn’t on the itinerary but had known about it through the comments. However, the worst part of it was our English guide who didn’t do anything after Pamukkale and dropped us off at the road side with 15 minutes to walk to our hotel. The expectation here was actually to be dropped off at the hotel not in the middle of nowhere. There were no explanation on this whatsoever and it was scary as hell. The lunch buffet was sketchy at best. The ratings are low for a reason. But Pamukkale was interesting and worth visiting.

Trip too long and not enough time at the pools

It’s a long day . It has two stops that are not on the programme . An onyx shop and a wine tasting . It said English speaking guide but he was very poor English we could not understand much . The Cleopatra pool is closed and you only Spend 2 hrs in Pambuclkale despite it being a 14 hr day . . The pools are lovely and quite amazing though .

The best out of all the other activities I did in Bodrum. The guide was nice and very knowledgeable. I didn’t quite like the lunch though. Maybe provide more meat next time and not the minced chicken. Overall, it was a great experience. I love the thermal pools.

The pickup from Le meridian was unorganized, but everything else went well with the trip. The bus tour, going around Pamukkale and the drive back was a nice experience. Cleopatra pool was surprisingly good compared to what we anticipated!

I went with my family during August. We had to change the busses couple of times till we reached our final english language speaking bus. During this we had to deal with a Russian speaking tour guide which was not only unfriendly, but also wrongly giving instructions and information in a rude way!!. The food was low quality. We had to pay extra 15 euro intead of 10 (as per the site) for cleopatra pool entrance.

loved the experience at hot springs of pamukkale, did not enjoy the tour of the leather and the stone factory. also it was not mentioned in the itenerary. the lunch provided was horrible and of very bad quality. I was overcharged , most people payed 40 euros while I was charged 75 euros per person. I need a refund

Extremely long day

Unnecessary stops to visit factories and shops, is really unfair that is not coming in the description. Really long day for just 1h and a half on Pamukkale. Tour guide just gave a really short explanation on a 16h day trip. They take you to places where the breakfast is more expensive that in Europe for really poor food.

Everything was good except the lunch it was miserable. For the transportation i give them 5/10 from my point of view it was not acceptable that they left us and didn’t wait for 5 mins so they had to send us with another bus. The while experience is 5/10

Pamukalle is a beautiful place. My advise to the trip organisor is that they should be more transparent about the time of travel. it is said that it takes 3 hours to pamukalle. In fact it takes much longer. It is also very unpleasant that you can just stay 2,5 hours in the place. The trip organisors are very kind but please change time to travel to 4,5-5 hours.

Our driver who fetched us from and dropped us off at our hotel was shocking. He was very irresponsible on the road and very rude to guests on the way back. We were scared. The bus ride there and back was long and started early (05h20 - 23h00) however the natural wonder of Pamukkale is worth it.

L’escursions est très mal organisé. Après avoir était récupérer devant l’hôtel. Nous avons dû descendre 20min plus tard pour un autre mini bus. En suite trop d’arrêt dans les magasins. Erreur sur les heures de fin.
