Luca our guide was very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the tour. More than anything that it was a private tour so we customized or to our needs, so much better than walking around with another 20 people.

Very basic. Could explain more. She is polite and enjoys what she does. We spend a lot of time in showing us touristic restaurants, cafes and pastry shops. She suggested us with passion few things to eat. All bad and touristic.

This was a very disappointing tour. It’s a shame when you only have a few days dedicated to being in a city and one of the highlights turns out to be disappointing. A private tour should be with a seasoned guide who is on top of their game as you pay more. The guide was very nice but her lack of knowledge and accuracy of facts was the problem. And it was not presented in a story of the city but more just reciting facts which I could have read out of a Rick Steve’s book. The storytelling is the most important aspect of a tour.
