Belfast Tour With Thomas

Took the 3 hour Belfast tour with Thomas. He was great! Arrived on time as promised. Had a nice Mercedes mini van type vehicle. Thomas grew up in Belfast so he knows everything about the city. Took us to the Peace Wall and let us out to sign the wall which was very cool. Proceeded to the center of town and if you heard it’s walkable, well it’s not. You need Thomas as a well informed guide. Then proceeded to the Belfast Castle and it surrounding grounds which were beautiful. All in all a great tour with a great guide. So happy that we did this tour!!

Exceptional Tour with Thomas

We certainly enjoyed our tour with Thomas! He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and informative of all things Belfast and surrounding areas. We toured iconic buildings and sites. And, we even got to sign the Peace Wall! It was a remarkable experience that we would encourage everyone and anyone to take. You will be glad you did! Don’t Buy-a-Tour from Viator!!!

Totally botched by the tour provider and Viator, the tour organizer. Our guide was a “no show” on the day of the tour booking, and we are still awaiting a thrice-requested refund! Terrible job by Viator!

Unfortunately, on this occasion my vehicle was in for servicing, and I mistakenly believed I had cleared my availability on Viator. The booking therefore remained active when I thought it wasn’t, and I take full responsibility for that error. I can only apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. I refunded the full cost of the tour as soon as I became aware of the mistake. If there has been any delay in that refund reaching you, it is likely due to Viator’s processing times, but I am more than happy to assist in any way I can to help resolve it. I understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly when visiting Belfast, and I sincerely hope this unfortunate incident did not spoil your time in our city. We saw the murals, the international peace wall, the border walls, the neighborhoods, Belfast Castle, and more, all while hearing fascinating stories and history from Thomas.

Thomas was amazing,history of Belfast and how the Troubles could have been avoided. He stopped at a pharmacy so I could get some cold meds . Asked if we are going to Crown Liquor Saloon he said we could, ran into people we just met that were having a beer told them we had a driver waiting ,we mentioned it to Thomas he said”If that’s what you want to do I can wait”…so we did …Iasked if he could drop us off at the bus pickup instead of hotel where we met him…said I’ll take you back to your cruise ship…top notch guy

Thomas was a veritable wealth of information. He provided an excellent historical overview of the city. The mural exposure was exceptional. We got a thorough look at the city of Belfast and an understanding of the development of the Troubles over history and the way they still reverberate through the activities in the city today. Thomas helped us find activities we wanted to pursue after our tour. He was personable, helpful and we couldn’t be happier with how much we enjoyed this tour.
