      For guests requesting hotel pickup, transportation costs are NOT included. However, we can provide assistance in obtaining a reliable, safe and possibly more cost-effective means of Transport. Message or call to enquire. We will meet you in your hotel lobby where our drivers will be holding a sign with the lead guest’s name. Pickup times vary depending on your hotel location and will be communicated at least 24 hours before your tour. Feel free to bring along anything that would make your experience more enjoyable, including drinks, food, towels, or other personal items. We provide these essentials, but guests are always welcome to bring their own. We also recommend dressing to get wet, as you may be splashed from time to time during the tour.
