Smooth trip

The cruise trip was good. Local operator Mohamed Rushwan in Luxor tried to arrange everything for me properly. Made my journey very smooth as a solo traveler. And the guides in Aswan was very professionally explained the history of temple of Philae and Kom Ombo. The main operating office also communicating and dealing with all the problems pretty fast. Recommended.

Do not book with Viator

We booked Nile cruise for 4 persons two months ahead. Two days before departure they said it is booked and that we have to change days. After negotiation with local agency (Viator did not help) we started our cruise on our date. But on ship 4 of us was in a room for 2 (later they put extra bed ). After complaining they said that they can not do anything (the ship was half empty). Hot air baloon was canceled ( we got refund 75usd total, first they Said 30usd pp). In 2 excursions we did not have guide, and we had to pay extra.

Do you need any money from viator by fraud Dear our partner 1-in Frist, the balloon trip is included for the program, not only booking for the hot air balloon when the cancelation from the government is not from​ us .we will send you a copy of the government letters to stop the hot air balloon trip .we give the refund for the hot air balloon 25 $ per adult and 12,5$ per child. the total 75$ ( 2 adult 50 $ plus 2 child 25$) 2-about the room, the booking was 2 adults with 2 children. this is mean one room .if the booking was 4 adults, we can give him two rooms, not one .thanks

Traumatic experience

Our experience was traumatic. Taking away the beauty of the sites we visited, the organization was bad. Until the day before, we knew nothing about who was picking us up or if they were picking us up from our quarters. After that we had paid to have the Italian language and on the same day of the cruise we are told that the Italian guide was only there for Abu Simbel and Luxor (fortunately they later refunded us). After that no one told us anything about what time we would pick up on the cruise, about that a horrible cruise but we adapted. The guides in English were super good and competent. The guide in Italian and in the Valley of the Kings was the most incompetent that ever happened to us, he knew nothing about what we were visiting (it almost seemed that he had studied it the day before), fortunately we had had a flouring from the previous guides, think that the visit lasted 2 hours crazy. The agency coordinator never responded to us , except after the reminders we made to Viator.
