船やガイドツアーはとても良かった。ただ申し込みしたツアー会社の対応は最悪。ホテルに来た呼び出しは定時にきて、どこの会社か不明でスーツケースなど混載したが、荷物とともに乗船して安心した。そのまま何の連絡もなく受付に行っても対応してもらえず２～３時間待機して、何かガイド風な人から呼び出されて違う船に変えるとか、で２～３グループが移動してやっとその船に登録し船室が決まった。それ以降も何の連絡もスケジュールなどの連絡もなく、ロビーでうろうろ。それ以来ツアーガイドらしき人が何人も乗船してグループを集めていたので待っていたらやっと私の名前が呼ばれてツアーへ。それ以降もいつ呼ばれるか分からず部屋でも落ち着かかず常にロビーをうかがっていた。朝寝ていたら5:30頃突然呼び出されてツアーへ、大忙しで準備して出発。同行使したグループの人たちは私たちとは異なるエージェントからスケジュール表を貰っていたので写させてもらって参考にした。何回かViatorからの資料で連絡できるところに連絡しても詳細が分からずの最後まで他人の資料だけで、内容も違っていて落ち着かないクルーズだった。クルーズや観光が良かったのがただ幸いだった。
