This was an amazing two days. Day one was with Mohamed. We toured Luxor Temple and Temple of Hatshepsut. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Fabulous day. Our second day was a hot air balloon ride, Valley of the Kings, felucca ride, Banana Island, etc. Our guide on the second day was Hatem. He was also incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best possible trip ever. He even arranged a private boat ride for us to Banana Island when he noticed my boyfriend and I were really trying to have a romantic vacation. This little extra time to ourselves was incredibly memorable. Mohamed and Hatem were two of the best tour guides I have ever had!

My husband and I had an amazing time. The guide was wonderful and we enjoyed this trip very much. We went to the Valley of the Kings, which was one of the many highlights from this trip. Lots of fun and adventure.

The sights are beautiful and worth seeing; the hot air balloon ride was one of my favourite experiences of the holiday.
However, the price is far too high for what is on offer. The first day ends at midday (the fact that there is a light show in the evening was forgotten - after I proved it, I was driven there, but had to pay the costs myself), the second day basically only starts at midday (the hot air balloon ride in the morning is with a completely different provider; afterwards you have to check out and wait restlessly in the lobby for at least an hour). The entrance fees are not included and even when I asked in advance I didn't find out how much they would be. I needed about 150USD extra (just to do what is listed in the plan). If you take a private driver instead and follow the plan exactly, you get the same experience, more flexibility and costs of only about 1/3.
I would also like to point out that you have to expect a certain amount of everyday sexism (each of the people involved pointed out to me that I was a beautiful woman and would make a good wife) and that there is a certain amount of chaos here and there, so you always have to keep an eye on what is on the plan yourself.

What an amazing couple of days, so much packed into the two days, our guide Hatem was excellent, very knowledgable & informative and despite having visited the sites of Luxor a couple of times previously, thanks to Hatem I learnt so many new details. The ballon flight was fabulous, the felluca trip was very entertaining thanks to the captain, our driver in Luxor was also brilliant and it was amazing how much we did in two days. Also the two lunches we had were delicious, Highly recommended and particularly to those who want to see as much as possible in a short time. Also the support in advance and throughout from our contact (Salwa) was superb.

I want to say both my drivers in Cairo and in Luxor (Mido) were wonderful. I felt safe with them.
My guide Hatem was experienced and knowledgeable about every place we visited. I highly recommend him to everyone taking this tour. If you truly want to walk away knowing more about this area and it’s history ask for him.
The balloon ride was amazing as well as the boat ride and food. My accommodations were very nice and comfortable.
The only thing that could have been different was to have both plane rides by same carrier. Other than that perfect. Thank you for the memories.

Luxor was a wonderful experience thanks to our tour guide Hatem! He was knowledgeable, considerate and so very thoughtful. Every step of the way was so well planned out. Seeing Luxor through his eyes was a beautiful experience and I highly recommend requesting Hatem as your tour guide no matter what agency you sign up with. He is very passionate about his work and it made our experience all the better.
Our hot air balloon ride was coordinated by star balloons in Luxor and their team is simply the most considerate, efficient and well organized group I’ve ever met. The experience was very safe and I felt very taken care of. They timed it so we could watch the sunset in the sky. Amazing experience!
Selim was our driver for transport to and from Cairo airport. On the way back our flight was delayed and we only reached Cairo at 1am. We thought we would have to call an Uber but no, he was waiting for us in the other side. Wow!!

It was an extraordinary experience I’d recommend to anyone visiting Egypt.
My best&most reliable contacts I’d be thankful to are Hatem ( my tour guide ) & Mido ( my driver ). They went beyond their roles to help solve a big miss understanding that would have left a bad taste to me about the trip but thanks to them, everything was solved on time and in a proper hospitality way.
I will always remember them, their kindness & honesty.

The Baloon trip was breathtaking and the landing was so smooth we never even realised that was it!
The temples & Valley of the Kings are impressive, everything is kept accurate & clean!
As a solo woman traveller, I’ve found Egypt overall and especially, this trip package to Luxor to be a very safe & beautiful place on Earth!

Our tour guide was excellent. Proficient in English, very knowledgable about the sites he took us to, and very helpful overall. He was flexible with requests and accommodations (after seeing how poorly animals are treated in Egypt, we opted NOT to participate in a camel ride).
While we liked our guide, the tour itself was not described accurately and so we were a bit disappointed in the value for the cost:
NO Entrance fees are included, some parts of the tour description make it sound like they are- they are NOT.
Although we were told we'd be picked up early to fly to Luxor, our flight wasn't til 12:45pm so we felt like we missed half a day of the tour and time in Luxor. It also pushed our tour late so we could not attend the light and sound show.
Lunches were advertised as (1) lunch at local Egyptian house first day and (2) typical Egyptian lunch during sailing second day but both lunches were at basic (but nice) local restaurants. Drinks not included with lunch.
Not mentioned in the tour is the two stops for sales- Papyrus and Onyx shops.
The 4 star hotel was nice, but did not have wifi in the rooms.
Tour describes including "handling fees" and "All Taxes & service charge" but we paid for entrance to almost every stop
Overall, you can tell the tour company is trying to make things work and is shifting things around based on availability- but we did not feel we got a great value. It was convenient and an easy way to see all the top sights in a short trip.

We had a wonderful tour thanks to our driver and guide - Mido and Hatem. From the moment we arrived in Luxor until they returned us to the airport we were taken care of and enjoyed all that we were able to do. The hot air balloon ride, felucca ride, and Luxor Temple were our favorite parts. The hotel we stayed in was excellent - Lotus Hotel - which had a great view of the Nile and a nice (and cheap) restaurant for the few meals that were not included. The meals that were included were excellent - great food and wonderful service. We would recommend this tour to anyone. Thank you Hatem and Mido for making us so special for us!

This tour was amazing! Was only in Egypt for 3 nights so this was definitely the perfect fit for my length of stay. Everything was well organized and went smooth. I had an amazing tour guide Hatem who was fantastic. Very knowledgeable of the history and other local things as well. When I did run into problem he was only a phone call away and was able to help solve it within minutes !! I traveled alone but it didn’t feel like it , the group size was small my first day. Second day just Hatem and myself so it was great. Eating local foods enjoying the scenery. Mido was my driver always friendly, very punctual and drove very safe! If I needed to stop for a snack or food he was always willing to assist! The hotel was very nice . They provided luggage storage while I went out for the day. Everything that was listed on the site was provided and it was a great experience!! The hot air balloon was the selling point for me, it was a once in a lifetime ride that I wish I was still on! I’ve already recommend to friends .

i had short time in egypt so i decided to book this trip to stay one night in luxor and this is was the best decision i have,every thing went smooth and every one did perfect job,i arrived luxor early morning which was perfect time to visit the valley of the kings,my tour guide saladino was definitely the best guide i have ever met in my life,so knowledgeable,educated,his english is perfect,professional photographer and much more,i enjoyed so much with the camel ride,i had my lunch on the sailing felucca during sailing,the sound and light show was amazing,the hot air balloon was terrific,every thing was more than expected,thanks a lot ,will definitely come back

i decided to book this package because i wanted to see as much as i can in luxor and definitely now can recommend any one to book this package.i stayed for one night at lotus hotel(nile view) which was very nile hotel with nile view balcony,all the tours were amazing specially the hot air balloon and the felucca ride on the river nile,the company took care of me since the minute i booked the package till my return,the drivers were excellent and helpful,the top highlight was my great tour guide saladino he is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful,thanks for every one,i will never ever forget this trip in my life,strongly recommended
