Went on this tour yesterday and would highly recommend. Our guide , Donovan, was especially attentive to my wife , helping her down the steps to the beach. It is very bumpy and not for anyone with back issues

Great trip, Mark picked us up and took us to all around. Saw the national park and a cave, swam in the hidden pool (we had never seen an octopus in its natural environment before today) and went to Baby Beach which is just beautiful. Mark was awesome, 12 people on the tour, a great size.

The ride is really rough. Some people may have a problem with the steps to get to the pool.
However it was a great experience.

Donovan our tour guide was great! Tour was good as well, but it is very bumpy as many people have mentioned. And it's a long time in the vehicle. I think this would be with any of the companies used.

Mark was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the island and each of the stops, super friendly and fun. Loved seeing sea turtles at baby beach, the terrain of the national park and the conchi natural pool was incredible. We hit in on a great day tho because another guide said that they have to close the natural pool at times if the conditions are too windy/wavy so just be on the lookout!! Highly recommend

Very bumpy ride. Don’t do this if you have bad back - 60 minutes of really rough terrain. Great snorkeling at baby beach, but only had 1/2 hour. Bring water shoes as need to walk over rocks to get to snorkeling spots.

I would not recommend this trip, especially traveling to Natural Pool. The ride is much too bumpy (I mean REALLY bumpy). According to the park rangers, the pool is unavailable for swimming about 30% of the time. And the stairs leading to the pool are treacherous, especially for the senior set. The park is building new cement stairs which obviously will help, but unsure on completion date.
The caves were interesting. Our tour guide Mark was great, exceptionally helpful, giving us information about the caves. He did a great job.
Baby Beach is definitely beautiful and a great beach for someone planning on spending several hours there with infants. The down side for the people on the tour, you need towels and a bunch of beach stuff. The lounge chairs rent for $15 a day and you're only there 45 minutes. No deals from the lounge guys. And if you're a shade person at the beach, you're most likely gonna be out of luck

This adventurous and unique open Jeep Safari tour to Arikok National Park and other attractions was fantastic. A word of caution before getting into the highlights - Aruba all year around has sustained winds about 15-25 mph. On top of that when you sit in a open jeep driving on empty roads, it gets very windy. Drive in and out of Arikok national park is on rocky dirt road making the ride quite bumpy. Just be prepared for a roller coaster style ride!
Our tour guide, Donovan, was courteous, knowledgeable, and shared many interesting tidbits about the history, culture, and each attraction. The tour started and ended right on time, without feeling rushed at any of the stops. The last stop, "Baby Beach," is arguably the best beach in Aruba, with soft white sand and shallow, crystal-clear, and stunning turquoise water. Fontein Cave with ancient cave drawings was fantastic as well. Aruba's north coast where natural pool is, is quite windy, rocky with choppy waters. Because of the strong waves, we could not go to the natural pool area. It is a worthy natural attraction regardless.

Beware the jeep ride is extremely windy, like so windy I could barely open my eyes.
We have a very friendly guide and on our way back he made the bumby route in the national park very fun and exciting (like a roller coaster). I only wish he could provide more explanation and information about the places that we visited. Overall it’s good because I don’t see anyone can visit all these places by themselves, especially the part within the national park.
The pick up was 15min late, and on our way back during one of the drop-off we were delayed for 15min bc one customer couldn’t figure out their payment. Perhaps the guide could have drove us back first (everyone else’s hotels are only 5-10min away) and come back to deal with the time-consuming stuff, instead of leaving us all waiting.

Donovan (D) was our guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. First, every seat on the jeep is windy - EXTREMELY windy. (But that is what I expected on an open air jeep.) When you are on the road to The National Park, it is EXTREMELY bumpy. You are knocked back and forth. To access the natural pool, you must climb down many uneven rocks and some stairs. I would never attempt it in flip flops. Unfortunately, we could not go into the natural pool because of weather conditions. The cave and markings inside were interesting. Baby beach was beautiful and very crowded. I wish we could have visited a quieter beach, but this is not a complaint. Also, we saw many goats on the tour. Water and snacks (chips and cookies) were provided on the jeep. You could ask anytime you wanted. Finally, thank you D for keeping us safe and entertained.

Great company! They had to move me to a different day because of logistic issues, but they notified me the day before. The tour itself was great. My guide/driver was Jesvin (Jess) and he drove amazing considering the rough terrain.

Donovan was the best Tour Guide, he made it fun and made sure we had enough time to see each stop on the itinerary! He was very informational and a great driver! Always had waters ready for us when we came back. We felt very comfortable leaving our belongings in the truck and knew it would be safe. Donovan went out of his way to show us the extra little things. I would definitely recommend booking this tour. All 4 stops (Arikok, Fontein Caves, Baby Beach and the Natural Pool) were amazing sites to see!

The vehicle is open to the air and has a high step to get into the back. There is no way to communicate with the driver since he is in the cab.
Our guide was very informative and answered all our questions. If he had a mic he could have pointed out some of the landmarks as we were driving by. Baby beach was spectacular.

This is a great way to see a large portion of the island in a short amount of time. While we mostly wanted to relax on our trip to Aruba, we didn't want to miss out on exploring a little bit. This allowed us to see a lot of island highlights while being back to our resort by early afternoon to enjoy the rest of the day. Our tour guide Mark picked up us and dropped us off at our hotel in Palm Beach which made the experience seamless. We learned a lot about Aruba from our tour guide.

Had a slight miscommunication on the pickup, but the overall experience was great. Our guide was a safe driver, knowledgable about the sites, and friendly. The caves are, well, caves, so if you're claustrophobic this might not be ideal for you, but seeing the wildlife, the picturesque, undeveloped land, the cove, fresh water spot, and Baby Beach were fantastic stops. The bus is open air but covered and has seatbelts.

Jesvin took us to multiple spots the caves being our favorite ! Jesvin was very knowledgeable and fun! He was right where he said he would be when we exited the cruise port and he was early ! Felt safe and all ages enjoyed. We would 100% book again when back in Aruba. Save your money on cruise excursions book this one !
