21st Birthday Surprise Ruinned

Latoya_F, Oct 2026

There was no experience. The day of I was contacted via WhatsApp, due to "weather " conditions we were rescheduled for 3:15pm. The original appointment time the sun was out and no rain , some wind. Then the 3:15pm was rescheduled for the next day 10am. At 906am, I get a message that they have to refund me. Mind you this was a surprise for my daughter's 21st birthday. I should have listened to the other reviews where they rescheduled then canceled, then responded to the reviewers post that's their first time canceling. Well if several people are having the same experience with the same company it's now a pattern!
