Super cool experience!! I would say one day isn't enough to see everything on the island.
We did stop a lot so couldn't see everything we want. Definitely rent again, they drop and pick up the ATV's on our hotel.

This trip was 10/10!!! Jean helped us at the front desk and was so kind and wonderful. We did the 4 hour self guided tour, it was a blast and we hit all the spots in that time. I'd recommend bringing lots of water and a bathing suit and towel if you want to swim to cool off. There's also a halfway point with food trucks at the ruins. They had drinks as well! We also got to go in the animal sanctuary at the end, free with the ATV rental!

We opted for an 8 hour two seater rental. After seeing all the tours that could be booked we didn’t want to be time restricted and we wanted to be able to freely explore. The company dropped off and picked up the vehicle right to our AirBNB and gave us a great recommendations on where we could go. The vehicle was easy to use. We ended up exploring the north east side of the island and then checked our Baby Beach in the South with our remaining time. We took a backpack with towels, our snorkel gear, some snacks and water. We wore hiking pants which I suggest if you’re going to do more off road stuff.

The worst experience! I visit a lot of countries and different places and this was the FIRST experience like this. Started with the driver 20 mins late and clearly high off weed! Then had the audacity to be rude to me for wanting to have extra time or compensation! Then the steering was super hard possibly because the vehicles are old and the gear shift was hard and got stuck sometimes! Do yourself a favor and pay about $50 more for a utv through a different company and have a better experience plus a covering over your head so you’re not fully in the sun

We interact with many guests on a daily basis, but your behavior was unacceptable. In the event that you accidentally book with us again, we would rather pay $50 out of our own pocket than deal with a disrespectful client like you.
All you have done was because you booked ATV Rental and would not like to spend extra money for a UTV, and you then proceeded to exploit us by demanding a free upgrade. We apologize for being 10 minutes late due to traffic, which was out of our control. Despite this delay, we still gave you an extra 20 minutes of rental time.
When we delivered the vehicle, you began to make unnecessary complaints about it, but we prioritized the guest's comfort; the delivery agency was sent twice to you just to tell you that the vehicle we have given you is a brand new vehicle and perfect and doesn't have any fault.
I wonder since when ATVs started coming with steering. As far as I know, they come with handlebars and don't require shifting gears.
Things don't end there; you were booked for 8 Hours and were supposed to return the vehicle by 6.00 pm. After adding 20 minutes extra, the vehicle should be returned by 6.20 pm. But you returned the vehicle at 7.00 pm.
Let me know if this was good on your part. 6.00 pm is our office closing time, and you returned the vehicle at 7.00 pm, and for that, we didn't charge you extra. Now by posting this review, you are playing the role of victim and blaming the company for your worst experience.

TERRIBLE! I had paid for 2 double rider 4-wheelers, months in advance because we had 2 couples traveling together. The morning of the trip I get a phone call saying they had “technical difficulties” and I have to use single riders. I’m thinking “okay, no problem. We can adjust to that.” HOWEVER, they tried charging us almost double the price, because now we need 4, 4-wheelers instead of 2 doubles.
We were already short on time because we had another excursion beginning at the end of the 4 wheeling trip. After an hour of back and forth arguing about the price they finally say, “okay, we will take it out of our money and give you the same price you originally paid.” But, now instead of a 4 hour trip we only get 3 hours.
We finally load up on the single 4-wheelers and one of us goes to take off and the tires spin-out on the loose dirt parking lot so the guy comes and rips the key out of the 4 wheeler and CANCELS OUR ENTIRE TRIP!!!
So in all, we needed up wasting almost 3 hours on the island from waiting for the shuttle out to the tour, arguing about being ripped off, and then having to shuttle back elsewhere.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I will find a different ATV rental next trip!!!

It was a blast being able to explore the northern coast on an ATV. The best part is that we could stop at places that were interesting to us and spend as much time there as we wanted. The ATVs were nice and the scenery beautiful! What an adventure!

We had an amazing time on the UTV. We drove around the island to numerous beaches. The vehicle was dropped off at our resort at the exact time they said and the gentleman was there at end of the day on time to pick it up. Convenient and great service! Thank you so much! We love this island and come every year!!! If we could do numerous times a year, we would! I love Aruba ❤️

The vehicle came late, vendor was not answering the phone and the car itself was dirty and falling apart.
I only gave it three stars because the actual experience was great. Don’t get a guided tour. Rent a UTV .. not an ATV as there’s no cover. But rent one and then travel the island. We had a great time just stopping at restaurants and tourist locations on our own
