We are unable to offer transportation to our home, but we do provide customized directions and information for all of our guests. When you arrive at our home, we always meet you and talk with the taxi driver to make sure he or she will pick you up on time when we are finished. We work with cruisers, hotel guests, and BnB guests all the time so we can help you find our way to our home via taxi or a car rental.

This was one of the best things we did in our trip to Antigua. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who would like to catch a bit of culture of the island. The food was absolutely wonderful and we had the best time. The rum tasting was so much fun and educational. We would definitely do this again if we come to the island

4+ hours of cooking eating and drinking. We participated in the cooking with Rum class. Fun and delicious. Chicken kebabs, rice and beans, plantains and Rumcake. While waiting for everything to cook we got a bit of Rum education and a tasting with Adam.

We were met at the front door and felt like family the whole day. It was alot of fun cooking and just talking about family and anything else. The rum portion was fun and informative. I recommend Nicoles Table to anyone coming to Antigua. Make sure to get a bottle of Havana Club Especial before you leave.

Nicole was an attentive host and catered the experience to exceed our expectations. It was a mix of hands on teachings with education on the history of the ingredients and culture. My family and I enjoyed the interaction with Nicole as she made us feel as if we were visiting a family member. The experience was unrushed and filled with enjoyment. My family and I are looking forward to our next encounter. During our tasting we learned a lot about the differences in the types of rums.

Exceptional cooking experience

Did this class with my daughter and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Nicole was so friendly and helpful. It was nice to meet other couples from America and cook together. Even nicer to eat together and learn a little about each other, different cultures and experiences. The fun tasting was informative and an added bonus. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Nicole went above and beyond to help us book another experience in Antigua when our planned excursion was cancelled. We were so grateful for the advice and help.

Spectacular Cooking Class

My girlfriends and I decided to take a cooking class while on our trip to Antigua. We selected Nicole’s Table and chose the Cooking with Rum class. The class was offered in Nicole’s house which is on a hillside with a stunning view of the sea. Nicole and her assistants were very warm and pleasant. Adam presented a rum tasting class was very informative. Nicole offered rum punch which was the best I have ever tasted. Nicole was very hands and engaging during the class. I even learned some extra cooking tips which was much appreciated. After preparing the meal, we were able to enjoy a delicious lunch. I would highly recommend the class. It has been the highlight of our trip.

The Nicole's Table -cooking with Rum is a must-do activity while in Antigua. Nicole and her husband have a gorgeous home and are very hospitable. We had a phenomenal time cooking. It was so much fun, and the food and drinks were superb. What a great experience. We returned home and made the dishes and the rum lemonade on several occasions.

Amazing class! A Must Do!!!

Absolutely amazing! Chef Nicole, Iana, and Adam were so inviting! We had always wanted to take a cooking class, and read the reviews. We are SO glad we did! When we arrived, we were greeted by Nicole who handed us a recipe packet. There was another couple there as well. The four of us had a great time cooking together and getting to know each other. We learned about cassava, a root plant, and made cassava chips. Delicious! We made a rum butter cake that I could have eaten entirely myself. We also made a soup, rice and beans, and chicken kabobs. While the food was cooking, Adam, Nicole’s husband, taught us about rum. We learned the history of rum, tried a variety of rums from different countries, and enjoyed rum punch. Their home is amazing with a stunning view. Such a great time! Well worth the money!!!

A perfect day in every way! Delicious food and drink, interesting and gracious hosts, and a spectacular setting with hilltop view of the sparkling bay below. Our family of two adults and two college-aged children rated this among our top (possibly the top) Caribbean excursions. Highly recommend this experience for anyone wanting to venture beyond the beach and enjoy a slice of Antigua life.

Amazing Class

Such an awesome experience! Nicole and her family were so welcoming. Her home is beautiful and creates a perfect backdrop for the class. The class was so much fun and it was great getting to learn some dishes that we can take home with us to remember this trip. The rum tasting was fun, too. We learned about the history of rum and different ways to enjoy your rum. My wife and I are happy with our experience here for our honeymoon. Best ever cooking course experience!

My husband was on the fence about my pick for a cruise shore excursion but afterwards he said it was amazing and would highly recommend Nicole’s Rum Cooking Class (and has to others on the cruise). Nicole is very gifted at teaching, so no worries if you don’t know how to cook or are on the fence about trying new food. Nicole was very patient with us and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed her home and family. They have the most beautiful home to cook and enjoy a meal in too. Every item we made was amazing and will be added to my family favorite recipes. Even the soup which I was sure I wasn’t going to like but ended up loving it. I’m not a soup fan but this recipe won me over. My husband and I had the best afternoon and hope to return next year during a cruise port stop. I know we will be sharing our experience with friends and cruisers for a long time. No worries too on getting back to the cruise port on time as Nicole speaks with the taxi driver when he drops you off to set pickup time for return to the ship. Don’t hesitate to book and if you can bring your friends along to enjoy an amazing experience and great food.

My husband and I came here at the recommendation of a friend, and we are so glad we did! Cooking with rum was an experience beyond the sweet palate; we made savory dishes with a Caribbean flare. It was possibly the best food we have eaten on the island and we are looking forward to recreating these recipes at home! The rum tasting was also super fun; we experienced different rums of the region and learned a few things about our own taste preferences. We enjoyed cooking with an international group, and learning about Nicole & Adam's incredible adventures. We would absolutely return and recommend this class to anyone visiting Antigua who is looking for a fun (and delicious) afternoon!

Amazing Cooking Class

We had the opportunity to prepare and cook a full meal (app, lunch, dessert) with Nicole during our recent visit to Antigua. The cooking class was very interactive and Nicole hosting in her house allowed for such an intimidate setting. Nicole provided printouts of the recipes allowing us to recreate and share the Antiguan flavor with our friends and family. Nicole, and her husband who assisted with the Rum tasting, were welcoming and very friendly. We will remember this amazing time and highly suggest anyone going to the island make it a priority to sign up for their cooking class.

We booked this cooking class when...

We booked this cooking class when our cruise ship was in Antigua for the day. The booking process was very easy and Adam was very responsive to our questions. One member of our group of 4 had food allergies and they were very accommodating. We easily caught a cab near the port and our driver was able to follow Adams detailed directions to their beautiful hilltop home overlooking the port. Another couple joined our group and Nicole was excellent at explaining and involving everyone in the cooking process. Adam provided a bonus: a rum tasting seminar while our meal was cooking. The food was delicious, especially the coconut crisps and marinated steak. The rum cake was to die for. We were provided with recipes to take home. All in all, it was a fun and memorable day. I will definitely take another class from Nicole the next time we visit Antigua!

This was such a worthwhile addition to our trip. Nicole picked wonderful recipes for us to prepare as a group. We made fast friends with others in the class and learned a lot about rum. What a great way to get a flavor literally of the local culture without the overly tourist feel. I would 100 do this again.
