Overview

Discover the rich West Indian cuisine of the Caribbean during this 4-hour, small-group cooking workshop. Learn about jerk cooking, how curry and other spices came to these idyllic islands, and how various spices are used in Caribbean cuisine. We are unable to offer transportation to our home, but we do provide customized directions and information for all of our guests. When you arrive at our home, we always meet you and talk with the taxi driver to make sure he or she will pick you up on time when we are finished. We work with cruisers, hotel guests, and BnB guests all the time so we can help you find our way to our home via taxi or a car rental.

Coordinating Curry

Coordinating curry with Nicole was a highlight of our visit. The menu was an exquisite combination of spicy, savoury and sweet. Nicole was entertaining and her home has a welcoming terrace with a spectacular view! Enjoying our meal al fresca was delightful!

We had the most amazing time. Not only the food was delicious and cooking was fun, but Nicole’s entire family was so welcoming and lovely to meet. Her house serves as a gorgeous setting for this experience. We brought home recipes we can make for dinners.
