We would highly recommend this service. As soon as we entered the airport a representative was waiting for us. Our representative was friendly and fun but also professional and efficient. We were led through the customs area and then to retrieve our luggage. From there we waited just a few minutes for our car to transport us to the resort. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable as well as professional and courteous. Overall we were through the airport in 10 minutes! This service is a must if you wish to skip the long airport lineups. We would absolutely use this service again :)

Felt I was looked after before I went and whilst in the airport. They communicated well before what I needed to do. When arriving we was met and looked after. This is well worth the money if you want to miss those queues. I booked with no transferred but was looked after up to the point we was handed over to who we was getting our transfer with. Thank you to the team for this made our first impression of Antigua start with a high.

Lady never showed back up

After we arrived , a lady was holding a sign with our name. She handed us a ticket and aid go downstairs and go through the line and I will meet u later. We got downstairs and wasn’t sure what to do . We figured it out ourselves went still never said the lady again. We went to our resort desk outside thanks to our travel agent for helping us find it over the phone and left to the resort. We did not get the experience we were expecting . We had never been here annd was unsure of what to do and she was really no help to us.

Worth it!

Friendly service and communication. Although the lines were not long this time (they were horrible last year), the service was worth it. It's nice to be greeted right off the plane and shown exactly where to go and what to do. We were off the plane and in our taxi within 20 minutes.

Worth every penny. The immigration process on arrival can take a very long time if there is more than one aircraft arriving at the sane time and passengers have not completed the visa process. Bring met by a friendly face of someone who knows what the process and takes you via the fast track route is worth every penny after 8 or 9 hour flight.

It totally made the process much faster! Would recommend it However, it was quite jumbled and unclear what to do. Got quickly spoken instructions for what to do downstairs, but we didn’t really know which line to get in. In our experience with the VIP service st Jamaica, we had one VIP helper walk with us through the whole process and it was much simpler and clear what to do.

Really bad ! They pushed us into the regular line only to tell us that was the fast track but it wasn’t ! Being me I asked someone else and they put us in the right line ! We still got through slower than some of the people on our fight that did not have the fast track !’

Best to keep your money. Charged over 200 bucks. The guy that met us handed us 2 fast track tickets and said go down stairs. Tickets were useless and nobody at Antigua immigration could care less. Then finally through immigration same useless guy says go get your luggage. Really ??? The guy could not have shown less interest.

The sign was clear when we were met by the team. Given a card saying vip and lead to a queue. Still had to wait a long time to be seen by customs! Only one serving the vip queue.

Lacklustre service upon arrival

It was just a little lack lustre. Our Rep met us at the gate ok. Took us to the empty customs queue, then disappeared (did not update us). Once we were through customs, she showed us to Customs. Outside a redcap took our luggage and the Rep walked us past all the taxis to the Eagle Tours stand and then asked how we were getting transported to our hotel. (In emails to Viator, we had advised we were with Virgin and we had a private transfer) We then had to walk all the way back to the Virgin tour operator and get in the back of the taxi queue that had formed. Could do with a little more end to end communication. The service provided did not match the money paid - we are unlikely to rebook this, nor recommend it to others.

I highly recommend this service to anyone going to Antigua. There were five planes arriving at the same time last week and to say customs was packed would be an understatement. Our VIP met us upon arrival and we zoomed right through. At the resort we met a gentleman that came in at the same time we did and it took him 1 hr and 30 minutes to get through to customs. It's well worth the money.

We paid a lot of money to have someone meet us and no one did. Your service is SCAM. My husband and I were scammed by this fake company. There were lines every where. People holding placards with names. Not one had our name. We will be sure to mention this on Social when we return home.
