Overview
Taste the flavors of Antigua with a small group cooking class offered at Nicole’s Table, located a short drive from St. John's. In addition to a hands-on cooking lesson, Nicole offers inside tips and recipes for you to try at home. Afterwards, sit down for a meal of cocktails, appetizers, freshly-caught seafood, and dessert.

We are unable to offer transportation to our home, but we do provide customized directions and information for all of our guests. When you arrive at our home, we always meet you and talk with the taxi driver to make sure he or she will pick you up on time when we are finished. We work with cruisers, hotel guests, and BnB guests all the time so we can help you find our way to our home via taxi or a car rental.

- Minimum drinking age is 18 years
- Please advise any specific dietary requirements (especially allergies!) at time of booking
- All recipes, especially seafood, depend on the season and availability
- Please be aware that we may need to move your booking to another day to meet our 4 person minimum. If your party is less than 4, please book into an exsiting class, or contact us.
- We require multiple hand washings and masks to be warn if a guest has flu-like symptoms.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers

Wow! What an amazing experience! Nicole is a wizard in the kitchen. Not only did we make and eat incredible food but we learned a lot as well. Nicole is a gem. She’s warm and inviting. Her house is beautiful! She’s adjusts all recipes and food for dietary needs. I can’t say enough good things about Nicole and her table.

If you’re in Antigua and have a love for authentic Caribbean cuisine, I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Nicole’s Kitchen.
While searching for a birthday activity in Antigua, I discovered this excursion and decided to book it with just one day's notice, I couldn't be more pleased with the decision I've made.
I chose the seafood menu, and I must say, the food was amazing! Even the coconut tart, which I initially thought I wouldn’t enjoy, turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Not only was the food amazing, but the company and conversations made us feel like we knew them for a long time.
We extend our warmest wishes to Nicole’s Kitchen for all the best! If we ever return to Antigua, our first stop will definitely be Nicole’s Kitchen.

Nicole is friendly, relaxed and most of all engaged with her class participants. She is totally on control without being over-bearing on her directions and guidance. She is masterful in having everyone participate without being pushy. Beyond that, the prepared food is exquisite and within reach of both well seasoned cooks and those who may not have experience in the kitchen. A lovely time may be had by all.

Absolutely fabulous! Nicole’s Table is a wonderful cooking adventure! You start the day in her beautiful home where she teaches you all about the foods and the cultures that you’re going to be making that day, the food is delicious and Nicol is amazingly funny and informative, we felt like we have been friends for years after we left!

Nicole was so kind and welcoming. Her home is beautifully situated on the island with views for days. She made each recipe feel easy and approachable, and we left completely full and satisfied. Her rum punch was hands down the best I’ve had on the island. We’ll absolutely be making these recipes for our family when we get back home. Highly recommend!

Nicole's Table was a wonderful time! My wife and I booked the seafood class and after a short taxi ride to her home, we were given a booklet of several recipes that us and the others would be creating together. It was really a group effort, as the 8 of us on the excursion were led by Nicole to create a delicious group feast. I would 100% recommend this excursion to anyone who wants to have an authentic cooking experience and she will make sure that it will fit any dietary restrictions or needs as well. We will recommend this excursion for anyone going to Antigua.

Very welcoming and inclusive cooking experience. Picked up some great tips and recipes to try at home. Nicole was especially cool as she adapted some of the recipes to be gluten free without any prior warning ( I’m used to making do). The best lunch in an amazing setting with great company. Only downside is finding restaurants to eat in that measure up🤣

This was like walking into your friend’s house and cooking a meal together. While we chopped and prepared foods we had easy conversation about the island and the food. We learned about what’s native to the area, what’s in season and what needs to be brought in. I loved every minute of this class and the food was my favorite meal of the entire week we spent on the island. Thank you Nicole for making us feel like part of your family for the afternoon.

did the light for ambience, a beautiful, beautiful, setting, and a host that is both exhilarating, unique, funny, committed, and a pretty good cook. Had a wonderful day wonderful experience highly recommend this to anyone that looks for something a little off the beaten path that they could enjoy, and make a lasting memory and meet people.

Lovely Nicole opened her beautiful home to us! She guided us through cooking some fantastic Caribbean recipes and at the end of our kitchen experience we sat as a group along with Nicole at her table and enjoyed the seafood dishes, sides and desserts along with wonderful conversation everyone.
