Explore the history and scenic beauty of Antigua during this quick 3.5-hour round-the-island trip visiting all the island’s top attractions.
Start with a pickup at 9am from your hotel or cruise ship, continuing to the colonial-era Admiral’s Inn and surrounding area. Then explore the picturesque Copper and Lumber Store, Sailmaker’s Loft and Mystery Pillars and marvel at the collection of elegant yachts visible just offshore in the harbor.
From there, continue with your guide to the Blockhouse Ruins, straddling an incredible overlook of the Atlantic Ocean, and, on clear days, the island of Monserrat. Finish your excursion with a short stop at Shirley Heights for a panoramic view of Nelson’s Dockyard and Galleon Beach. Then end your tour with a drop-off back at your hotel or cruise ship.

This was the perfect way to see some of the highlights of the Antigua! The tour included every stop I wanted to see, and Benjamin was the perfect guide. He answered every last question I had about Antiguan landmarks, history, and culture. He even stopped so we could try a local tamarind fruit straight off a tree! Overall, it was a great half-day tour, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get off their resort for a bit and see more of the island.

I couldn't recommend this tour enough, it is definitely worth going on and Lionel is definitely the best tour guide ever. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and very polite. He is also very passionate about his work and sharing his amazing knowledge as well. If you really want to experience Antigua properly, this tour is definitely a must. I enjoyed learning about the history of Antigua from Lionel. He also has a great sense of humor, which made the tour fun as well as very informative. Lionel goes above and beyond and shows you the hidden gems of Antigua as well. This tour is definitely well worth it.

What a fabulous day in Antigua. We learned so much history and saw breathtaking view points. We loved this amazing tour with plenty of time to stroll and enjoy with no worries we would miss our boat.

Good trip with Cyril a very knowledgeable drive/guide. We toured Nelson's Dockyard and a history lesson of when the British had the islands. We saw Sir Viv Richards sports complex and the house he was born in. We saw lovely beaches and Devils Bridge.
roads are pretty bumpy!!

Our guide has lived on this island his entire life and as you’d expect was fully versed on all aspects of the island (history, geography, politics …). Most importantly, he enjoys sharing his island and is passionate about being an above average guide.

Had the guide to myself and he was great ... it was my birthday and he was really trying to make sure it was a wonderful trip .. which it was ... maybe need more time in Nelson's dock yard as being from the uk was more to see and very interesting .. would recommend

This was a great tour around Antigua. Our local guide was terrific! We saw devil's bridge, Nelson's Dockyard, sheep that look like little goats (no wool), a view of both the Caribbean sea and the Atlantic ocean from the same point and many many interesting sights and stories along the way. We had a super GREAT time!

We booked a tour of Antigua while we stopped at the island on a cruise. It was one of the best experiences while on our cruise. Shak was our private tour guide providing commentary on the island taking us to many of the highlights to be seen. Beautiful island and people. Make sure to request Shak as your tour guide.

We came to Antigua by a cruise ship and chose this excursion. Not only it was more reasonably priced, we were with just another couple in a comfortable van, and our guide was knowledgeable, caring and fantastic. I highly recommend this!

Cyril was an absolute star for our trip. Whilst he was drafted in at the last minute, he provided a great service to our trip. Very knowledgeable and humorous for each of the 3 locations we visited. Also showed us some of the special and unique parts of Antigua on our journey around the island.

Great trip around the island, saw just about everything “touristy” that we needed to see - Nelson’s Dockyard, Shirley Heights, Devil’s Bridge. Leslie was a great tour guide, great driver, friendly. It ended up being just 2 of us in the car. Does not require a lot of walking. Overall worth it.

Our guide gave us a wonderful tour of everything you could possibly want to see on the island. Antigua is not our favorite island (no offense to the wonderful guide, we just thought there wasn’t a whole lot to see on this island.)

We booked for this tour as couple and 4 other people joined us. The tour itself was good and Vernon did his best to ensure we saw everything on the itinerary. he was very informative and friendly. We had no problem with him, or what he offered us.
The down side was that the company sent a car fit for 4 adult passengers to pick up 6 people.
We had the back-back seat which had no footwell and no leg room for 3 hours driving. Trying to get in and out of the car was a chore. Another couple offered to swap half way but they were taller than us so would have been worse off.
Next time I will just say no, and ask for a refund.

This is a great private tour which offers a chance to see Antigua and learn its history. My guide, Michael, showed up early and as I was ready to go we set off. We were able to beat the cruise ship crowds everywhere we went, making it a much more pleasant tour as I could take my time and learn as much as possible. This tour doesn’t involve a lot of walking, so this would be perfect for those wanting to set their own pace and not feel rushed.

My cousin and I wanted to see Antigua, so we got to see the whole island in comfort and with an awesome driver. Gregory picked us and 1 other person at the meeting point on time. He had a nice mini van with wonderfully comfortable seats. Since there were only 3 of us on the excursion, it made for a great atmosphere. Gregory was so knowledgeable about the country and the history it made for a very good and interesting experience. We highly recommend this excursion and company.
