It is a timed experience. They guide you through each activity. Bring your swimsuit. They provide shower shoes and a wrap (which acts as a robe) and a towel. Bring lotion as none was provided. Also I recommend not wearing makeup because they provided a face clay (and body clay). My favorite part was the steam room.

Best massage I have ever had!

Such a relaxing few hours. Time in a large hot tub. Time in a steam room with mud. Several showers after the mud and then hot tea was served while we rested. Then time in the sauna. After that started the 1 hour massage. We both said it was the best massage of our lives. And we loved Minori. Quiet village that was peaceful.

Mejor opción si gastar en el masaje , no valió la pena !

A la tina de hidromasaje, le faltaba temperatura , los chorros no tenían suficiente fuerza. el vapor y las arcillas , fueron placenteras , al igual que la lluvia relajante , el masaje de media hora final contratado, no valió la pena , fue como untar aceite nada más, no preguntaron si la intensidad era correcta , que zonas requerían la terapía. Incluso mencioné que tenía contractura de cuello y no hicieron nada mas por él . ....
