Canceled one month before because visas have been refused. Until now, no refund. This operator have been the only one to do that.

Securing visas is the traveler's sole liability , however, we also did offer to support your visa application if necessary but you declined and threatened to badmouth us online if you don't get a refund, when you booked specifically a non refundable tour .
Cancelling or refunding a tour comes at our own discretion and policy contract we have with Viator .

Excellent tour to breathtaking Djemila - amazing Roman city in the mountains. Wonderful mosaics in the museum, beautiful amphitheatre. Very knowledgeable guide in Abdou. Such an amazing day! Highly recommended
