Great way to see Oran on a short trip

This was a great way to see the city. Aya and Mohammed were such friendly guides a s gave us a good insider’s view into the city and its infrastructure and helped us to navigate some of the less intuitive parts of traveling in Algeria (like getting cash!). We definitely saw much more of the city than we would have on our own and it felt like being shown a city by friends. We would definitely recommend this tour of Oran (which is a beautiful city!)

A wonderful tour of Oran - a great insight

Oran is a wonderful city brought to life by Mohammed and Hamou who were our wonderful guides over two days. The transfers to the airport were even included. We saw all the sights from the castles, palaces, mosques and churches to the bullring, the old Spanish city, the newer French colonial city and stupendous views. Our hosts were kind and extremely generous. It was my birthday and they even got a surprise birthday cake with candles. We really had an incomparable insight into the beating heart of Oran and what made the city special over the years - with the Moorish, Spanish, Ottoman and French conquests and the influences they left on the city. A lovely tour with lovely tour guides. We cannot recommend highly enough.
